Hi my name is April, April Vang. I’m 12 years old. I’m Hmong. I live in Canada. My family and I, well, don't really get along. We fight, verbally all the time and sometimes my older sister and I get into like, fistfights. My parents don't like the fact that I'm into Korean stuff. Yeah, just because I'm not Korean... it's like yeah, I get it, they don't have to rub it in my face. Ok, so here is my life. My life started out horrible but later, my life turned upside down… in a good way that is. So let’s get on with my story.

This is going to be in April’s P.O.V. most of the time.

“Ugh… school is so boring!!! Only if I were in Korea, I would have those really nice uniforms like the ones in K-dramas. I would have REALLY good-looking people in my class. Math is so boring! Good thing this is my last period for today.” I mumbled to my self

*BRING* *BRING*

“WHOOOO!!!” I yelled, “Oops. My bad.” I thought

I looked around to see EVERYONE looking at me like I had 2 heads growing on me, each on my sides of my head. Ok… how weird? Well back to PLANNER TIME!!! So planner time is where we take up what homework we have for what class. We have 2 people who record what we have for homework and tell us at planner time. Yeah, it’s weird.

“…For Math we have text book homework. Page 140 # 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10.” Said Tristen one of the homework monitors, “And that’s all for today.”

*BRING* *BRING*

“Class is dismissed!” yelled my teacher

EVERYONE ‘WALKED’ out of the class.

After going to my locker and packing my stuff, I left school with my friend/cousin Kelly Lor. Yeah… she is Hmong too. She is one of my friends that LOVE Korean music too. Kelly and I are like close, REALLY close. We talked about SUPER JUNIOR, DBSK, FT ISLAND, and BIG BANG!!!! YEAH!!! She also asked me questions about her fanfic.

“Hey in my fanfic… would you like a girl or boy as your child and what age would you like?” she asked me

“You mean your fanfic with like SUJU and us… and we have like little kids we take care of?” I replied

“Yeah…”

“Can I have Jae Jin?”

“WHAT?! NO?!”

“WHY?!!!”

“BECAUSE YOU CAN’T DUDE!”

“FINE!”

“Do you want a girl or boy?”

“I don’t know.”

“Ok… you better tell me by Sunday… okies?”

“OK! I CAN DO!!!” I said throwing my fist into the air

***** MONADY *****

“Ugh I forgot to tell Kelly who I want as my kid.” I said angrily at my self

***** AFTER SCHOOL*****

After a normal day at school I again walked home from school.

“April, I chose a kid for you already, ok?” Kelly said

“What?! No Way?!”

“You didn’t tell me who so I just chose a kid.”

“Fine.”

“Well here’s my stop I got to go, okies? Take care.” I said leaving Kelly

“Ok, bye.”

*****At April’s House*****

3rd person P.O.V.

“I think we should give April a better life.” April’s dad, Peter said to his wife

“Huh? What do you mean she seems happy already?” Neng replied

“No, I mean put her up for adoption. We should ask her first. No we should just do it. I know it’s hard for her to get along with us anyways, so we’ll set her free.”

“I don’t know. I think we should ask her first.”

“No, she’ll just say that she’s happy. I’m going to put her up for adoption and no one’s going to stop me. Ok?!”

“Ok.”

“Oh and some guy is coming to see April this weekend, anyways so we have to tell her some how.” Peter added just before the 2 went their own ways

April’s mom went her own went to take a nap, that little conversation was too much stress. April’s dad went to take a shower. He knew his wife would act like this. However what his family didn’t know was that he had already put April for adoption since last month, and that someone was coming to see April the following weekend. All he knew was that that person was rich. April always wanted nice things, but never asked because she thought it was selfish and rude, because the money need to go for the payment of food, and bills. Some how he had to tell April before that person came.

***** April’s P.O.V. *****

“I can’t believe they would do this. I can’t believe my own dad would do this to me. He betrayed me. Ugh, I hate my life!” April yelled while running to Kelly’s house

Kelly lived a block away from me.

***** At Kelly’s House *****

“I can’t believe it! Ugh they really hate me! I HATE MY LIFE!!! I’M SO… UGH!!!!!”

“I think you should wait a bit.. maybe this will be good for you. You know you’re not the happiest person in your family when you all are together anyways, so maybe it’ll be good.” Kelly said trying to be a good friend

“And you know what I heard…?”

“What?”

“Some person is coming to see me this coming weekend!”

“NO WAY!! THAT’S TOO EARLY!!! NOOOOOOOOO!!! OK LET’S GO SHOPPING AND I’LL GET YOU SOMETHING SO YOU REMEMBER ME. ONER THE WEEK DAO, GER, MAICY, YOU, AND ME WE’LL ALL GO SHOPPING!!!!! WE’LL ALL GET THINGS FOR YOU SO YOU REMEMBER US AND SO THAT WE REMEMBER YOU!!!” Kelly yelled

“OK! Me and you’ll go now and then we’ll go with them again!!”

“Ok!”

The two headed off to the mall.
