Description
Abused as a child, you isolate yourself from the world to protect yourself against the living nightmares. Music (and the nice ahjumma landlady) is your only companion, helping you escape from the world, if only for a little. You hate drawing attention to yourself in any way possible.
Suddenly, you're faced with Kris Wu. Who is he, and how does he know you? You've never met him before in your life. Why does he keep trying to reach out to you, when you try to keep everyone else out?

originally was a tumblr request, but i thought it fit better in a separate fic than in the rest of the exo oneshot/scenario collection since it isn't in the regular sort of setting as other requests.
set in an alternate (exo does not exist) universe, and kris is in high school.
