ALEKTROPHOBIA; FEAR OF CHICKENS

A thing like that seemed so scary to Sungyeol – so threatening. It’d make him feel so empty and lonely. He had no idea why. Maybe it was the beak that was ready to strike and nibble at his feet or the claws that would scratch at his bare legs, leaving irremovable marks that would haunt him for life. It would taunt him, telling him that he was such a loser. But he couldn’t help it. Sungyeol would think how someone could be so fearless around such a monster.

 

“Come feed the chickens,” Myungsoo called. “Don’t worry – they don’t bite.”
