Taking a stroll down the bustling streets of Seoul City, Dongho never expected to find such an intriguing café. “Welcome to AFF Café, your favourite source!” greeted the chirpy Hmong cashier. Dongho let out a small smile before admiring the big cork board that was placed opposite to the door, it was impossible to not notice the thing since it almost filled up the whole wall and it was also full of paper and pictures. One particular note seemed to catch the maknae’s eyes.

A smirk appeared on his lips as he saw a few familiar names on the list. Out of nowhere he started reading out the names that has was familiar with. “Jinwoon, Nickhun, Jaejoong, Junsu, Lee U, Key, Onew, Eunhyk, Hangeng, Yesung, Shin Dongho…” With a small gasp Dongho stared at the last name on the list.

“Would you like to read it?” Looking to his right he saw the same girl who greeted him. Not wanting to talk because of the fear of being recognised, he let out a nod and soon found himself sitting on a computer that was beside a wall full of mailboxes. After a few clicks and scrolls the girl, or Jen, as it said on her nametag backed away from the computer and smiled. “There’s the story, it’s written by one of our young members, hope you enjoy and please leave a review or a note on her pigeon hole.”

Dongho thanked the girl and proceeded on reading the story. After finishing the story he was left in awe. There was no doubt in his mind that the story was unique and a bit too fluffy for his taste but what he found simply amazing was how he completely fell in love with it. BabyCherish, The name intrigued him so much that instead of signing up, he decided to leave a note in the girl’s pigeon hole.

Before he got the chance to leave the computer, a sudden ping that emitted from it caught his attention.

Dongho bit his lip, wondering if he should have a chat to these girls. He really wanted to get information about this ‘BabyCherish’ chick who kept on writing about him. Remembering that today was his day off and that he had nothing else to do, he let his curiousity get the best of him and signed in as a temporary member on chatango. Not knowing what to name himself he just typed in whatever he could think of.

Dongho couldn’t believe it! Seeing as how this ‘BabyCherish’ girl wrote about him, he did think she was a fan, but he never expected her to be known as his wife! Then again, almost every fan he knew claimed to be their favourite artists’ wife at some point. 

Dongho smiled at the fact that the girl he’d been wanting to meet has walked the same floors that he has. After chatting to the girls he found himself liking their upbeat and totally random personality.

Dongho turned his attention to the Jen that had showed him around the café and chuckled after confirming his suspicion. He was chatting with the same girl in the café that he was in.

Great. Just great. Not only is he being thought of as a girl but he seemed to have said something that caused these weird girls to be laughing at him. Being the person he was, Dongho ignored the girls and paid attention to Jen. This should be interesting. he thought, a smirk appearing on his face.

By now Dongho’s face was completely red. He didn’t really know that girls thought of him as a cute, sort of well-built, baby-faced guy with soft hair. I mean sure he tried his best to always look good, being the famous person he was, but he didn’t really think he looked all THAT good.

Dongho couldn’t believe his eyes. One of them was pregnant? And they were going to sue the company AND the store because of the fail condoms that the guy had bought? Woah these girls were crazy! A part of him was completely amused but majority of him was completely surprised at the level of weird these girls were on. And Monthly… magazine? He was pretty sure nothing like that existed…at least he thinks so.

Dongho scratched his head and tried to forget the last bits of the conversation on chatango. Walking towards the table infront of the mailboxes, he pulled out the Winnie the Pooh notepad that he received from a fan and his strawberry scented pen with a Winnie the Pooh attached on the other end of the pen.

“Thanks for visiting! Here’s a brochure for the upcoming AFF Summer Party at the ZIONHotel! Hope you can come!!” Dongho smiled at Jen as he grabbed the brochure from her and placed it in his bag, making a note to read it later.

Chiyun smiled at the sound of her ‘husband’s’ rap on the stereo in the café. “I love this song.” She muttered to herself. “Hey Chiyun-ah! Someone left a note in your pigeon hole, or should I say notes?” Jen said with a mischievous wink. Chiyun stared at her Unnie before cautiously heading towards the back room to retrieve all of her letters and notes. 

The first note she got was from her friend, Jin. 

SOS!SOS!SOS!!! Joo Eun-ah’s hunting me down cuz I ate all of her yummy tiramisu!! Send a plane for me immediately!! AHHHH! T^T!! Oh by the way, can you buy more tiramisu? They’re so good! XD LOTS OF TIRAMISU, Jin Soo, the awesomest and iest guy you’ve ever meet.

“Ahaha stupid Jin Soo.” She chuckled loudly as she grabbed the UKISS notepad that she had bought. “Note to self: Buy more tiramisu and bandaids.” She muttered before placing the book aside and reading the rest of the letters that she had received. They were all written in the same pen and on the same paper. “Wow! Winnie the Pooh!” She chirped happily, eyeing the adorable character. 

An hour later, tears threatened to escaped Chiyun’s dark brown eyes. All her life she’d never someone as sweet as the anonymous person who had left the letters in her pigeon hole. The only thing that she knew about him was that he was a guy who was a year older than her. He loved to sing, dance and knit, he was a big fan of Winnie the Pooh, Pink and her! It was amazing how a stranger could trust her so much, from only three of his letters she basically knew all that she needed to know, everything but his name that is. 

Not wasting anytime, Chiyun grabbed her UKISS notepad and her purple grape scented pen and started replying to the boy who practically moved her to tears.

Dongho gulped at stupidity. CRAP! He had forgotten to sign the letters that he had written. But he was kind of happy, he was afraid that Chiyun would ignore him or bring out his secret if he starts signing the rest of his letters, so instead of writing his name he wrote something else.

“Awwww this guy is so cute, cheesy but totally, in every way, CUTE!” Chiyun chirped to herself as she hugged the new letter she had received from ‘her husband.’

“Aww, I know I am!” Jin Soo grinned as he entered his friend’s room, a plate of the chocolate chip cookies that Chiyun had baked earlier in his hands. “You are so conceited. “ Joo Eun muttered as she stole a cookie from Jin’s plate. “Hey! Mine! Get your own!” he scolded. “I would but there’s no more! You took the whole plate you fatty!!”

Normally Chiyun would be yelling at her bestfriend for barging into her room unwelcomed, but her new found happiness prevented her from feeling anything but love. “Why are you all happy and squealy?” Jin asked Chiyun. “That’s not a word, but yeah I am curious too. Who are those letters from? Did you get a new pen pal or something?” Joo Eun had been best friends with Chiyun for 4 years and new virtually everything about her. ‘Secret’ wasn’t really in their vocabulary. 

“They’re from my husband!” Chiyun squealed, not even knowing what she had just said. Usually people would be surprised when their best friend simply admits receiving letters from their ‘husband’, but these three weren’t you typical friends. 

Chiyun was the weirdest, often bubbliest and most positive person you’ve ever met. Joo Eun was the exact opposite, though she was still happy and bubbly in her own way she was usually negative and full of remarks whilst Jin was your not-so-average, vain, completely full of himself, funny, prank loving, absolutely erted teenage boy who can occasionally show his caring side. Put these three together and you get the wackier version of the three musketeers.

“You mean Shin Dongho?” Jin joked. At the mere mention of his name, chills managed to send themselves down Chiyun’s spine. Remembering everything that her ‘husband’ had told her, from his age, his zodiac sign, his animal sign, his likes, dislikes, and even his birthday, he really seemed like he was Shin Dongho, the same one that she had become smitten with ever since she discovered the existence of U-KISS. 

“I think you broke her.” Joo Eun muttered calmly, chewing on the cookie in her hand. Almost 5 minutes passed and Chiyun was still contemplating on whether or not her ‘husband’ was actually the guy she dreamed of marrying. A sad smile formed on her face, ‘He’d never go on a fanfiction site. He’d be too busy and he doesn’t really seem like the type… she thought sadly. “Chiyun-ah! This ugly ajumma stole all my cookies!” Jin Soo whined. “Ugly ajumma?! Looks who’s talking you stupid ert!”

Countless more days passed, each one making Dongho more frustrated than the one before. He boredly stared at the shoebox that he had decorated and hidden from his hyungs. It was for every single letter he had received from Chiyun since she started replying to him. He didn’t really think his relationship with the girl could ever get so complicated. He never had the intention of REALY falling in love with her, he never thought he’d want to see her so much. But he did, and every time Jen told him that he just missed her, he’d grow so angry. 

Chiyun was just the same. She was crazily pissed at her school for dumping so much work on her. She only had approximately an hour and a half of rest and she used every minute of it to write to Dongho. Even when she was still at school, sitting through boring lectures, she’d grab an empty piece of paper, put in inside her notebook and pretend that she was taking notes. 

Despite all the frustration the two youngsters were receiving from never being able to see each other, they still enjoyed receiving each other’s letters. The both of them growing fond of smelling one another’s delightfully scented writing.

And so the plan began. Dongho, fully knowing that he couldn’t do it alone, confronted his hyungs about the recent events that had recently happened in his life. To his surprise they were more than willing to ‘’ him to the event that he had been longing for to happen.

“So that’s why you’ve been buying all those Winnie the Pooh paper~” Kevin stated. “It’s good to hear that you’ve found love dongsaeng!” Eli grinned. “Aish I can’t believe our maknae’s getting the girl first. What’s happening to us!!”Soohyun whined alongside Kibum. Alexander chuckled at the younger members and gave Dongho a hug. “I think it’s cute! Oohh! We’re gonna have a little sister-in-law!!” Kiseop smiled at the thought of the young maknae not being alone during recordings and photo shoot. “At least now Dongho wouldn’t be so lonered!”

“Chiyun! Chiyun! Chiyun!! I cannot believe you set this up for us!!” Ayumu squealed in delight as he eyes stared at the distant figure of her idol and ‘husband’, Ryo. 
“Are you kidding me?! I see my hubby Yamapi!! I’ll see you girls later!!” Christine giggled as she gave Chiyun a massive hug before heading towards a certain Japanese heart-throb. 

“I feel sorry for Yamapi. But I think I feel sorry for Jaejoong even more.” Ayumu laughed as she watched Chiyun’s best friend, Joo Eun, and a certain Jaejoong loving Cassiopeia heading towards the man himself, the two of them constantly bickering.

“Ahaha well I told you guys I had heaps of surprises for you! I offered the guys a free three day stay here in exchange for performances! And who wouldn’t say no to three FREE nights in Korea’s most prestigious hotel?” Ayumu nodded in agreement before bidding her dear friend a temporary farewell. “I’m gonna go hunt me some Ryo.”

As she turned around Chiyun noticed the guy whom she had been idolising and blushed. Their eyes met and the world seemed as if it stopped. The people who were around them became a blur and eventually became nothing as the only thing that they could see was each other.

“Hyungs that’s her…”Dongho uttered out. The members of U-KISS turned to where their dear maknae was staring and smiled. “The one in the purple?! She’s so cute!” Kevin and Alexander chirped happily. “You better be good to her.” Kibum stated before ruffling Dongho’s hair and walking towards the stage. “Come on you Casanova! Time to break the hearts of many for that one heart that really belongs to you!” Kiseop grinned as he and Soohyun pulled Dongho towards the stage.

Eli grabbed the mic of the micstand and cleared his throat. “Maybe I should’ve written free in big bold letters to catch everyone’s attention.” He joked causing the mood of the crowd to lighten. Almost every eye was on him and being the natural born performer he was, he wasn’t fazed by it. 

“How’s everyone doing out there? I’m sure you’re all excited on meeting each other but we’re going to interrupt your mingling and oogling for a brief confession. Give it up for our maknae everyone!” The crowd cheered as they watched Dongho shyly accept the microphone from Eli. 

“You’re getting this on tape right?” Jin asked one of the cameramen that Chiyun had hired to document the whole day. “Every single bit of it.” The cameraman replied. 

Chiyun became flustered as soon she heard the words ‘confession’ leave Eli’s mouth. ’Is he going to confess to me? Oh don’t be stupid Chiyun-ah…don’t be stupid. “Er- H-Hi everyone. Sorry my English isn’t that good but I’m going to try my best for this song I want to dedicate to my wife, Chiyun-ah.” The crowd gasped at the young maknae. They couldn’t believe their ears, Shin Dongho was married?!!

“I didn’t know Dongho was married!” Jaejoong gasped in shock. “I thought he was only 17!” Yamapine stated to his friends. “How’d he get married before me?” Shindong asked his fellow Super Junior members.

“I-I’m not really married! I just care so much for Chiyun-ah…I already see her as my wife.” He confessed. A smile appeared on his lips as he gained a positive reaction from the crowd.

Chiyun uneasily wrapped her arms around herself as she felt the eyes of almost half the people in the venue. Ignoring the stares, her head turned towards the boy on stage. A familiar song melody rang in Chiyun’s ears. “Chiyun-ah! In my one life, you’re my one love.” Dongho shouted into the microphone. The crowd cheered as they all clapped their hands to the beat of the song.

She couldn’t help it. She just couldn’t. The tears began to flow from Chiyun’s eyes. Jin Soo approached his friend and pulled out a handkerchief. After handing it to her, he pushed her unto stage and smiled at the scene in front of him. 

Dongho handed the microphone in his hand to Alexander and waited nervously for Chiyun to approach him. The seconds felt like hours, not being to wait any longer, his legs started move like it has a mind of its own. His arms wrapped themselves around the petite girl before him. “You smell like grape candy…” he commented earning him a laugh from Chiyun. “You smell like strawberries.” She replied happily as she wiped the tears from her face using the handkerchief that she had so kindly received earlier. “Thanks buttercup.” 

It was a spur of the moment thing, what he did. But it earned him much respect. The crowd gasped at Dongho’s sudden action. His hands were placed behind Chiyun’s neck, bringing her face much closer to his. He just stole my first kiss. Chiyun thought. She didn’t know what to do but her body seemed to know exactly what to do. As she went on her tiptoes, her arms wrapped around his neck and her face pressed forward, bringing them both deeper into the kiss.

The crowd let out a loud ‘aww’ as they watched the young couple break their kiss and envelop each other with a hug. “Duet!!!” Ryo and Ayumu yelled out from the crowd and not long after the two young lovers were forced into singing with each other.

“Alright guys you asked for it! Here they are, Chiyun and Dongho singing ‘What I want to do once I have a lover’ by G.Na featuring Bi Rain!!” Kibum exclaimed into the microphone. The crowd roared once more, clapping and cheering the sight of Chiyun and Dongho staring into each other’s eyes whilst singing their hearts out. 

As the song ended, Chiyun smiled and uttered,“I don’t think we properly introduced ourselves. Annyeong Hassaeyo, Chiyun imnida.” Dongho chuckled at Chiyun’s cheekiness and shook her hands. “Annyeong Hassaeyo, Dongho imnida, but you can just call me your husband.” He winked. The crowd went wild demanding another performance but to their dismay the young couple handed the mics over to Kiseop and Kevin, jumping off the stage with their hands entwined with one another.

Months passed and Chiyun and Dongho stayed strong. Naturally people found out about them and naturally Dongho’s overly obsessed fans tried to break them up for their own sakes but they found it hard seeing as how their ‘love’ was no match for Chiyun and Dongho’s. 

“Hey Chiyun-ah! You’ve got love, it’s in the mail.” Jen winked at the aspiring author as she walked past her with a smile. As she peered into her mailbox/pigeon hole she noticed strawberry scented letters under a box freshly made cupcakes. 

Hey wifey, I asked hyung if I could drop these off before our shoot. You’re coming by right? I don’t want to film without you~ The lady’s pretty but she’s nothing compared to my buttercup! Kekeke~ I hope you like the cupcakes, we all made it! I actually rang up Chef Kim for some advice ^3^” SARANGHEYO BABY! … Love, Your Husband. >:D
