Daehyun smiled to himself as he watched Youngjae's chest rise and fall evenly. He ran his fingers through Youngjae's hair, relishing how soft and silky it felt. He felt his heart swell with affection at the small content smile on Youngjae's face, and ran his thumb softly over Youngjae's lower lip. He bit his own lip lightly before leaning down and pecking Youngjae's delicate lips. He felt guilty about his little ritual, really, but he couldn't bring himself to stop. 

Everytime he would sing Youngjae to sleep, he would make sure the other was sleeping before giving him a soft kiss. He knew he should have kissed him when he was awake, but he was sure Youngjae didn't see him that way. He saw Daehyun as an older brother, a role-model. He would surely want to keep Daehyun as far away as possible from him if he ever found out that Daehyun liked him that way. 

'If he ever finds out about this... he'll hate me...'

But even with that thought, Daehyun couldn't stop himself from kissing those sinfully soft lips.

'At least this way I can claim you as mine... even if I'm the only one who knows it...'

Daehyun sighed, trying to shake off the tears that usually came after this. He hated not being able to tell Youngjae, he felt like he was tricking him by kissing him only when he was asleep. He also hated that Youngjae would never love him that way, and that by kissing him he's only hurting himself. 

Daehyun trudged back to his own bed, afraid that Youngjae would wake up from his crying. He plopped down onto his bed, looking at Youngjae for a little bit before turning to his other side, facing away from the blonde boy. 

....

When Youngjae was sure the other was sleeping, Youngjae opened his eyes and stared longingly at the older male, his eyes wide and his lips trembling.

'Did...did Daehyun just kiss me?...'
