Sealed Letters
Description
Dear Minho,
It's been so long since I've written a letter to you. Do you remember the first time I did? It was pretty awkward with all the nonsense added in with my weird questions. I've been doing good these days, life has gotten better for me. I met a new friend, he's called Kim Kibum but makes me call him Key umma for some reason.
I wish you would write back to me.
I want to see you again.
I really miss you.
I love you.
Love, Taemin

I finished writing the letter and neatly folded it in half. Standing up, I reached for a blank envelope that was on top of my cabinet. I went back to the table and slid the letter inside. I reached over and gently took a button. I carefully stuck it onto the tip. Flipping the envelope over, I took a hold of my pen again and wrote the address. I smile softly to myself and stood up once again taking the envelope with me. I walked down the stairs to the front door. I slowly turned the knob pulled the door open.
The sky was cloudy and looked as if it was about to rain. A rainy day is it? I sighed and trotted over to the corner of the block where a mailbox stood. I pushed to flap open with my left hand and placed the letter on top of the others. A satisfied smile appeared on my face as I walked back to my house. I opened the door again and went up the stairs to the bedroom. Humming a familiar tune, I strutted over to the opened window which had a view of the whole neighborhood, the mailbox seen in the distance. I watched as the same truck drove by and someone walked out to get the mails.
I knew the same thing was going to happen.
The person was going to take the mails back to the post office.
They'll then start the shipping and mailing.
And I was going to get my letter sent back to my house.
How did I know this?
Because this always happens.
Why?
Because he's gone.
