Description
Jang Miyoung is your typical girl? Not even close! She has parents who abuse her every night saying she’s the black sheep in the family (meaning disgrace). She was looked down upon by her brother. She was known to be the lonely quiet girl at school. She has nothing in her life expect herself and her only.
That was until Baekhyun, the new transfer student, sits next to her in class. He tries to talk to her but the only respond she gives him is her dark aura. He tries all he can for her to just say at least one word.
But when he found out about the background detail behind her house, he couldn’t express his sorrow for her through words.
From that day on, Baekhyun made a promise to himself that he will make her smile. Get to know her more and become friends.
Will Baekhyun succeed?
Or will she forever have walls built around her heart?

Jang Miyoung
She doesn’t have a normal life in the outside but in the inside, she’s just like every girl. Has crushes, likes shopping (at some point), and has a special talent hidden. In this case, it’s singing. She doesn’t have many friends. She only has two but one’s in China and the other doesn’t visit much because he’s afraid of your parents. She’s bubbly when her childhood friend and neighbor is around but other than that, she sits in the corner desk at school and the empty corner reserved for her to cry in pain.
Byun Baekhyun
He was the well-known boy at school even if he did move to a new school. Baekhyun is one of those who can make friends easily and has the smile that brightens everyone’s day. The moment he saw you, he questioned himself “Why is she in the corner and not commenting about me?” He tries to talk to you but you just give him the cold shoulder but that doesn’t make him give up.
Kim Jongin (Kai)
Kai is the one you secretly have a crush on. Of course no knows but you. Kai doesn’t really know you. The only two things that he knows is that your name is Miyoung and you’re the quiet girl that talks to no one. He’s kinda afraid of you because the dark aura and glare you gave people makes Kai have chills down his back. Kai is the school’s playboy that he still has fans. Even those girls who had their hearts broken by him.
Oh Sehun
Sehun is your next door neighbor who witnesses everything. You may think “What a stalker!” but he can’t help himself but look through the balcony, seeing you brutally abused by your own parents and seeing the tears fall down your face ever so gracefully. If you didn’t notice, Sehun has a thing for you. You can say that Sehun is your best neighbor friend. He talks to you when you need it and he comforts you to stay strong. He’s there for you. He’s one of the main reasons why you smile. His personality is caring (towards you only) and bubbly. Like how a maknae is supposed to be.
Lu Han
Lu Han is your Chinese childhood friend. He’s the other main reason why you smile. You don’t get in touch with him a lot ever since he went back to China to study and he studies pretty hard. So that makes him barely have any time for you. He promised that he’ll come back as soon as he can and make sure not to miss any part of your life again. So far, he didn’t come back and it’s been 10 years. Lu Han likes… no… LOVES you. As much as he wants to talk to you, he wants to earn the privilege to see you. His personality is just like Sehun’s.
