Ha Heeyoung.. My Childhood friend... My Bestfriend...

...And my long-time Unrequited love...

It started when we were on middle school..

I was bullied by my classmates because of my intelligence...

It annoyed them..

One of my classmates was about to throw a rock on me, then Heeyoung came..

She threw pebbles and kicked them

"Yah! You idiots! If you bullied my bestfriend again, I'll kill you!!" She yelled.

My classmates who bullied me, ran away.

Heeyoung looked at me who was sitting at a corner, trying to hide myself from embarrassment.

"Jaejin-ah! Are you okay?.." She quickly went to me.

I looked at her with my teary eyes, then nodded.

She hugged me.

"If every they bullied you again, Just call me.. okay?.." She whispered in my ear.

 

I hugged her back, then nodded.

Ever since that day...

I started loving her more and more...

Up until now..

She became popular when we started highschool, because of her looks and kidness..

But then, I noticed, she have been turning down every confessions she recieved.

I'm scared... If I confessed to her, I might be turned down too..

So ever since.. I never planned confessing to her... my unrequited love..

It would be much better if we stayed like this.. Just best of friends...

But... I promise.. I'll stay right by your side... Always..

"Jaejin-ah! Let's go eat together after I do my missed homework, okay?.." Heeyoung called.

Jaejin smiled and nodded. "Okay!"

Heeyoung smiled back. She turned around and went back to her seat.

 

Hwang Hankyung, Jaejin's former bestfriend glared at him. He's a rich, spoiled brat, everything he wants, he gets it.. He also has a crush at Heeyoung... But ever since he knew that Jaejin had a crush on Heeyoung, he started avoiding him.

 

Jaejin was reading a book then someone came and patted his back.

He turned his head back to see who it was.

His eyes widened. Heeyoung's face was so close to his.

"Hi~!" She greeted smiling.

Jaejin blushed.

"A-Ah.. Y-Yeah.. Hi!" He greeted back looking away.

Heeyoung smiled. She went beside Jaejin and grabbed his hand.

"Let's go!" She pulled.

"Huh? Where to?..." He asked, standing up.

Heeyoung pouted. "Don't tell me, you already forgot?..."

Jaejin grinned. "Ohh.. Yeah.. Hahaha! Let's go!"

He looked at her and held her hand.

He dragged her outside with him, smiling.

Heeyoung smiled.

 

Hankyung glared at them, then snorted.

"Lee Jaejin... You are too much!..." He whispered.

 

While eating, Heeyoung suddenly asked Jaejin that made him choked.

"Why?.." Heeyoung pouted.

"Y-You're asking me.. If.. I liked someone else?.." He asked.

She nodded.

"Oh noo! What should I do?.. Should I tell her?..No.. Maybe not..." He thought

"I don't have.. someone.. I like.." He lied, looking away.

Heeyoung frowned.

Jaejin looked at her. "Eat! It's my treat!" He smiled.

She looked at him and weakly smiled.

O-oh.. I.. See..

..Unrequited love eh..

I guess... I'm the only one feeling it..

Next Day

 

Heeyoung was walking to go to school.

Jaejin saw her then smiled.

She waved at him smiling.

Suddenly a black car passed by him maneuvering insanely.

The car stopped exactly infront of HeeYoung.

Two large muscled guys went out the car, both of them grabbed Heeyoung's arms.

Heeyoung yelled for help.

Jaejin can't do anything, He just stood there, shocked.

When Heeyoung was already in the car, that was when Jaejin got his senses.

He chased for the car.

"Ya! Stop! Heeyoung-ahh!! Yah!!" He yelled, chasing the car.

When the car went farther and farther, he stopped, and panted.

"H-Heeyoung-ahh.. I'm sorry!" He kneeled down, for awhile.

After a second, his eyes widened.

"Ah! I memorized the plate number!" He whispered. "I'll just look for the car..."

He stood up and continued running away.

"Yaahh! Who are you?!.." Heeyoung yelled.

The two large muscled guys didn't answer they just dragged her into an old neglected buildng.

"Yahh! Where is this?!.." She yelled

She kept on shaking her arm to try to escape.

They reached into a small room.

They opened it and threw her in there.

"Just stay there!" One of them said.

When they were about to close the door, Heeyoung tried to ran outside.

They caught her and threw her again. This time, roughly.

Before Heeyoung could get up, they immediately closed the door and locked it.

Her eyes widened. "Impossible!"

She stood up and tried to open the door.

"Open up! Please! Help me!!" She yelled.

She gave up and sat in a corner, crying.

"Jaejin-ah.." She whispered.

After awhile, she fell asleep from crying.

Someone opened the door, she heard the lock opened.

She pretended to sleep.

Then Someone smirked.

He carried her bridal style.

"Jaejin?.." She thought.

She felt that they went in to another room.

This guy threw her at the bed.

She opened her eyes to see who it was.

Her eyes, widened...

 

"Heeyoung-ah!!... Heeyoung-ahh!!" Jaejin yelled at an unpopulated place in Seoul.

He stopped when he saw the car that kidnapped Heeyoung, parked infront of an old building.

He smiled.

Then He went in the building..

 

"Hwang H-Hankyung?!" Heeyoung whispered.

"Hi Heeyoung!" Hankyung smiled.

"Y-You're the one.. who.. k-kidnapped me?!" She asked.

He smiled and nodded.

Her eyes widened. "B-But, why?.."

"To make a mark that you are mine.." He made an x-mark with his index finger.

Heeyoung hesitated and looked away.

"I will never be yours!" She yelled looking back at him.

"Oh yes, you will!" He smirked.

He went closer to her.

"Wh-what are you gonna do?!" She retreated back.

He just smiled

He went in to the bed and crawled closer to her.

"S-STOP!" She yelled.

She already hit the wall at her back. "Shoot! DEAD END!" She thought.

Hankyung snorted.

"No!" She yelled. "JAEJIN-ah!!"

Hankyung's eyes widened. "Jaejin?.. I'm the one infront of you and you're yelling, JAEJIN?!" He said gritting his teeth.

He grabbed Heeyoung's shoulder and kissed her neck making hickeys.

"N-NO!! D-DONT!!! STOP IT!!!" She yelled.

 

While Jaejin's wondering in the building he heard Heeyoung's shout.

"Heeyoung-ah!!" He called.

He ran and followed her shout.

He heard it from upstairs so he ran through the stars.

"Heeyoung-ah!!" He called.

He saw a room that was lightened in the middle of the corridor.

He barged in.

He saw Hankyung pestering Heeyoung.

His eyes widened and full with anger.

He grabbed Hankyung's collar and punched him hardly.

Hankyung grabbed Jaejin's collar, and pushed him.

He called the guards.

"What are you doing, just slacking around?! Beat him up!" He scolded and pointed at Jaejin.

"Jaejin-ah! RUN!!" Heeyoung yelled.

Before Jaejin could run, the guards already surrounded him.

"Jaejin-ah!!" She yelled, her eyes teary.

Hankyung glared at Heeyoung. He went to her and grabbed her hand.

"Come here!" He yelled, dragging her out from the room.

They passed by the guards who was beating Jaejin up.

"Jaejin-ah! Jaejin-ah!!" She cried, tears coming out from her eyes. "Lee Jaejin!"

She could see Jaejin's wounds bleeding and he's lips full of blood, Jaejin's started coughing blood from their kicking.

She cried harder even more, yelling his name.

This time, she escaped Hankyung's grip.

She ran into Jaejin and shielding him from their kicks and punches.

"H-Heeyoung-ah! R-run.. D-don't mind me!" He whispered, weakly, coughing blood and his wounds kept on bleeding.

"Jaejin-ah! No! I won't leave you!" She cried, hugging him.

Jaejin's tears fell off, from what Heeyoung said.

"Ya! Stop!" Hankyung yelled.

The guards immediately stopped.

"Are you stupid!! You're beating my girl up!" He yelled.

The guards went beside him.

Hankyung grabbed Heeyoung's hand and pulled her.

The other one held by Jaejin.

"Let her go!" Hankyung yelled, pulling Heeyoung.

Jaejin shook his head weakly, coughing more blood.

Hankyung let go of her hand.

 

"Ahh.. Wouldn't it be better if Heeyoung died instead?.." He said, smiling, patting his chin with his index finger, and his other hand grabbing the gun from the guard beside him.

 

Jaejin's eyes, widened.

"N-no..." He whispered.

Hankyung pointed the gun at Heeyoung.

When Hankyung pulled the trigger at Heeyoung, Jaejin immediately stood up and pulled Heeyoung to him and shield her with his back.

Jaejin coughed more blood this time.

"JAEJIN-AHHH!!!" Heeyoung cried, tears continuously flowing.

 

Hankyung smirked. "Waahh.. It's what I exactly expected!"

 

Heeyoung knelt down.Jaejin on her arms.

"Jaejin-ah! Don't leave me.. Jaejin-ah!!" She cried.

Jaejin smiled weakly, blood continuously flowing from his mouth and from his large wound at his back.

He caressed Heeyoung's cheek, his hand's full of his blood.

 

Heeyoung held his hand, her tears flowing.

"J-Jaejin-ah.." She cried, her face full of tears and her right cheek with Jaejin's blood.

"Heeyoung-ahh.. I... D-did.. t-this.. f-for... you.." He whispered weakly.

"N-no! You should have let me die!" Her tears flowing at Jaejin's face.

"I-I cant.." He said, his tears falling too.

"W-why?.." She asked, sobbing.

"I-it's because, I... I... Love you..." He said, coughing more blood.

Heeyoung's eyes widened, her tears overly flowing and hugged him.

"Y-you should have told me that earlier..." She said, crying again. "I love you too!"

"D-don't leave me!" She hugged him tightly.

"D-don't do something stupid.." He cried, blood continuously flowing.

She nodded, her tears falling.

"C-che..." He coughed for more blood. "Ch-cherish our moments, together.. o-okay?..."

She nodded.

"E-everywhere you go.. t-think of me.. t-that I'm by your side.." He said, crying.

She nodded, crying.

 

Lee Jaejin's POV

Heeyoung...

I'm sorry... I'm sorry that, I broke my promise to you..

I'm sorry, I left you just like this..

I only did it... for you...

I love you more than anyone else...

Heeyoung...

I'm really happy right now and at the same time, sad...

I'm happy that you're by my side, in the last time of my life...

And.. I'm sad... that... I'm the one leaving you behind..

I... never thought... that it will come into these...

But.. I'm glad, I protected you from harm...

I... Love you... Heeyoung...

Her eyes widened.

"J-Jaejin-ah, d-don't do this to me.." She cried.

Jaejin let go of her hand and fell off the floor.

His eyes shut closed and stopped breathing.

"J-J-Jae... JAEJIN!!!!" She cried, her tears flowing at Jaejin's face. His blood flowing at the floor, scattered, everywhere.

Heeyoung placed Jaejin at the floor, gently.

She stood up, still, her tears flowing.

She looked down.

"K-kill me.." She said, still looking down.

"W-what?..." Hankyung asked, shocked.

She went closer to Hankyung and grabbed his hand with the gun and pointed at her heart.

"Kill me..." She whispered.

Hankyung's eyes, widened.

"Y-you killed.. my bestfriend.. and... the love of my life.. then.. I have no use in this world anymore.. why don't you just kill me.." She said, crying.

Hankyung pushed her.

He smirked. "I-I don't like too! I would like you to suffer just like I do!!"

He ran outside and he left Heeyoung, speechless.

Heeyoung cried.

"J-JAEJIN-AHH!!" She cried, kneeling down, punching the floor.

She stood up and went to Jaejin, she knelt down at his side and held his hand.

"J-Jaejin! Jaejin! JAEJIN!!!" She cried, pecking his hand.

"Why do you have to leave me?!"

 

Ha Heeyoung's POV

Jaejin...

Why do you have to leave me?..

You should have let me die..

I know... the reason that you did that, is because you love me...

But why?..

You shouldn't have did that and die.

I love you Jaejin!

I have alot of questions to be answered...

Jaejin, why didn't you tell me that you loved me before?

Why?..
