Sehun was asleep and Luhan was clingy. This wasn't a first, or anything. It was pretty regular, in fact, and the other members were starting to think that Tao should just switch rooms with Luhan to make all of their lives easier. 

So it wasn't a surprise when Tao heard the bedroom door click open at 1am, but it was a surprise to Luhan when the younger got out of his bed and left the room. "Ta-" 

"Don't.. Don't wanna hear you cuddling or ing or whatever you guys do all night.." Luhan was grateful for the darkness to hide the redness in his cheeks. Nodding, he slipped into the bed with Sehun, wordlessly following habit. 

Instead of his usual (staying on his own side, making sure not to wake the other), he looped his arms around the younger's waist, pressing his lips against the back of his neck repeatedly to wake him.

"Nngh.. go away.."

"Mm..." More firmly pressing his lips against the smooth skin, he let out a soft chuckle. "But Tao left.." Finally getting a reaction, Luhan felt the younger pull his arms off him before turning to face him, eyes only partially opened. 

"Where'd he go..?"

"My room I guess.." Only making a sound of acknowledgment, Sehun started to roll back over, letting his eyes close again.

"Why're you waking me up..?" Pulling the blanket up, Sehun could feel himself starting to fall asleep again, and he struggled to keep his voice clear. "You never wake me up.."

"Because I'm lonely and I wanted you to fix it." Lowering his voice as lowly as he could, Luhan, shifted away from the younger, struggling to keep the feeling of rejection from blooming in his chest. "I'm sure Tao's bed is comfortable.. sorry for waking you.." Sliding his feet to the floor, he started towards the other bed, only making it a step before feeling fingers lazily wrapping around his wrist, gently tugging him backwards.

"If you were anyone else.." With a groggy grumble, Sehun pulled Luhan onto the bed, moving slowly to hover over top him. "You'd be dead.." He pulled a hand up to rub some of the tiredness from his eyes before dropping it back above his hyung's shoulder. 

"Just go back to sleep.." Closing his eyes, Luhan tried unconvincingly to push the younger off of him momentarily before he was stopped, feeling lips on his. 

"Shut up.." Luhan shivered, getting goosebumps as the other spoke against his lips. He nodded wordlessly before lifting one hand to rest on the back of Sehun's neck, pulling him closer. They spent what felt like hours, but was probably only moments, there, lazily moving their lips against each other. It wasn't passionate, or heated, but it was comforting, and exactly what both needed.

Time passed and Sehun's arms started hurting, Luhan felt sleep starting to wash over him. They broke apart, the younger collapsing beside his hyung, before curling together again, limbs over limbs, fingers intertwined, breath mingling.
