Day 48: 2 February 2024
50 poems a dayIn the quiet echoes of time gone by,
Thoughts of you linger, beneath the sky.
A daily refrain, wondering where you roam,
Missing the moments, the love we called home.
Through the corridors of memory, I tread,
Each step, a whisper of words left unsaid.
The absence of your laughter, a poignant ache,
I miss the togetherness we used to make.
"I love you" echoes in the chambers of my heart,
A sentiment that time failed to depart.
Though paths diverged, and we walked away,
Feelings linger, like a soft melody in disarray.
Wishing you joy in every step you take,
A silent love remains, for old times' sake.
In the canvas of the past, our story's hue,
"I miss you, still love you," forever true.
