It was a very long tiring and stressful day for Winter.

Her parents pressuring her to do well on her studies, sports competitions, and guitar lessons all at the same time. Her basketball coach forcing her to do extra practice and blaming her to their lost games kahit na she tried her best to carry her team and her professors reminding her na bumababa ang grades niya due to her extra curricular activies. 

Pakiramdam niya pasan niya ang buong mundo. It felt like she's not doing anything good pero they keep on expecting great results from her as if she's a robot. All of the pressure and expectations na meron sa kanya just keeps on piling up to the point na hindi na siya makatulog ng maayos every night

Nag scroll na lang siya sa IG trying to waste her time para antukin, when she's done backtracking yung mga posts ng followers niya, she went to stories naman and that's when an IG LIVE caught her attention that she doesn't really know kung sino, the profile picture doesn't helps either dahil kamay lang siya with a very pretty nail tech designs at wala itong actual posts

Sa sobrang dami ng account na fino-follow niya (she keeps on following back kasi as long as somewhere in their accounts shows na they're from the same school), she had so many moots na she doesn't even know personally so @asmr_kwangya_k doesn't ring a bell at all for her

When she clicked the live, it was odd kasi wala naman tao sa video, kita lang is dalawang kamay that's tapping a phone case. Aalisin niya na sana ang video but somehow the sounds is slowly giving her comfort

She clicked yung account and that's when she saw na it was an ASMR account being handled from one of her school. Nag madali agad si Winter na i-search sa Google what ASMR means at na realize niya na although hindi niya maintindihan on how, alam niyang it helps her de-stress

Bumalik ulit siya sa IG Live and even wore headphones na just to listen clearly sa ASMR, eventually she started closing her eyes na rin, she even tried to fight back yung antok para lang mapanood pa yung iba ibang items na ginagamit for ASMR pero hindi na kinaya ng mata niya

It was almost a deep slumber pero nagulat siya ng may malakas na tunog na gumagaling sa headphone niya. She just saw na the hand started on smacking the screen loudly kaya din siya nagising.

Akala niya, it will be hard for sleep again but it was easy as breathing for her. Sobrang laki ng pasasalamat niya na she found her IG Live.

She became an avid viewer, to the point na sometimes she's just looking blankly sa IG waiting for the pop-up na @asmr_kwangya_k will be live and she can't deny that it helped her a lot to manage her schedule since she had a better sleep na and mental stability din.
