THIRD PERSON'S POINT OF VIEW

Mina and Chaeyoung are college lovers; they first met at a mutual friend's birthday celebration. Love at first sight that's what they thought the moment they laid eyes on each other. And just like other teenage couples, they started spending nights until dawn calling each other, going to mall dates to buy unnecessary things, eating at various restaurants every monthsary. Still, there is a specific bonding that the couple loves to do, drinking—yes, drinking different alcoholic beverages until they can't any longer identify who's the person in front of them. But there is one rule, and it is their number one rule in their relationship, 'Never drink with someone else other than me.' Their friends find it weird that they forbid each other to drink with colleagues and even with "their friends." Well, their relationship is not perfect; by the way, who has a perfect relationship? No one. There will always be ups and downs, but the good thing about their relationship is they manage to settle everything at the end of the day. Not until-

It's already 9:00 in the evening; some are eating their left-over pizza for dinner, others are busy watching Grey's Anatomy, and a few are busy devouring each other's bodies. But there is a specific couple in that apartment who's very close to throwing all their picture frames from the walls.

"How can you do this to me, Mina?!" The short woman asks another woman who's currently crying while kneeling on the carpet.

"Love, let me — explain." Said the woman at the ground while crying like there's no tomorrow.

"Let me explain?! There is nothing to explain, Mina; it's evident with the pictures that our friends send!" The short woman shouted while pointing at their coffee table, but it's not only anger that's written in her face. Pain is also visible through her eyes.

"No, no, no — Chaeyoung, please." This is one of the most painful sights for Chaeyoung seeing the love of her life with a messy face and bloodshot eyes from non-stop crying. But what can she do? She's also in pain right now, and the fact that the woman she loves the most is the reason for her pain.

"You cheated behind my back, Mina! And it's not the worst .............. because you cheated on me with your ex-girlfriend!" Chaeyoung decided to sit on their couple couch, then proceeds to punch her thighs; it becomes her habit when she wants to release stress. But she never thought that she'd do this to lessen the emotional pain from her cheating girlfriend.

"No, no don't h-hurt ........ yourself. Love — please stop." Mina stands up to go to Chaeyoung's current place.

"Don't you dare go near me!" Chaeyoung ruffles her hair; there are many thoughts running on her mind, but she can't manage all of them.

She looks again at the envelope on their coffee table; inside it are pictures o

Chapter 3: I like stories like this, when the person who was cheated on actually moves on. A lot of michaeng fanfics have Mina cheat on chaeyoung, and chaeyoung is so foolishly in love that she never moves on and either gets back with Mina, or watches Mina live a happy life with someone else. It’s nice to have a story where chaeyoung has some sense in her.
