"It's a cold night, what are you doing out here?"

Nayeon turned to face jeongyeon her long time friend,

"I thought you weren't going tonight."

"Yeah, but i changed my mind,"

Truth was jeongyeon heard about what happened to nayeon and decided to come comfort her.

"So where's your date?"

"I don't have one..."

"What happened to you and your boyfriend?"

"Let's not talk about that,"

Jeongyeon wanted to know, and understand how much pain she's hiding.

"*sign* since im already here, i can be your date for tonight,"

"*chuckles* don't be silly"

"Why? You don't want me?"

Nayeon didn't say anything.

"You don't?"

"Stop.."

Jeongyeon was taken aback, did i say something wrong? I just wanted to cheer her up.

"What?"

"I said stop,"

"Why?"

"You don't understand jeong, you should go..."

"No..."

Nayeon looks at her,

"I won't go, im staying with you. You know what, it's not fair nayeon, ive always been there but you always push me away, it ! I want to be with you nayeon! Do you not like me that bad? What did i do for you to just brush me off?"

"It's because, im in love with you." Nayeon said  "For all those times you were the only one who stayed for me, i tried to brush you off cause i don't want you to be hurt so i tried to love anybody but you, i didn't want our friendship to change cause of my stupid feelings, all these time ive wanted you jeong, i love you." Nayeon's tears slowly falls down her face

"Nayeon, you don't know how much ive wanted to say this, i wanted you for so long, i couldn't say it cause you always brush me away, but now i got to say it, im here for you. Please, this is the night i never imagined, i thought i'll be staying at home but here i am with you, Nayeon i love you too,"

Nayeon cries when she heard those words,

Jeongyeon took one step and brought nayeon to her arms, she wipes away her tears and kissed her forehead,

"Nayeon will you go to prom with me?
