An Opportunity to Go to the Moon

Description

Minjoo loves a lot of things. She loves cracking corny jokes; she loves being cheerful; and most importantly, she absolutely loves the moon. 

Foreword

Saying that Minjoo has an obvious obsession with the moon would be an understatement. In the most literal way possible, she loves the moon. Back in high school, she would always say that she wants to be an astronaut. Chaewon would make fun of her everytime, but she has always been serious about pursuing astronomy. Meanwhile, Chaewon does not know what she wants to do in life.

Chapter 1: why I just found out about this fic now? It's so good! The metaphors, scribbles and fluff moments together. As usual 2kim in their own world but this time they are in their own galaxy and they're about to reach the moon together.

Chapter 1: Whoaaa finally.. I might give you a standing ovation. Nice job you did there. And yea, I'm a fan of any space related but then don't have enough knowledge about it but wow one of the theories is amazing when poured into a fanfic. Idk the song, and Stray Kids's Astronaut keeps repeating whenever moving to a new paragraph haha sorry my bad.

Anyway hoping to read more happy ending fanfics from you about 2kim!

Chapter 1: Never thought the day I make you a review would happen, but here we are…

As an astronomy fan, I can relate to Minjoo’s love for the moon and her mysteries and I caught myself rooting for her to be able to reach it -- even if not so literally. Actually, Min’s whole intro here was really nice (I admit, the kimchae joke was ingenious and had me cracking), the way she blabbers about random and so open and friendly...A good representation of the clumsy charm that makes us all love her so much. Chaewon reaction though, was a pretty nice and I loved this little dynamics that was established right away.

Of course, with Chaewon herself, it was a little harder to understand her char and comprehend her actions, but it was interesting to see her grow as a character. I’m still frowning upon the way she did things, girl is lucky Minjoo is such a softie, I would have smacked her head if she just showed up after so long LOL

Got say all 2kim scenes here were so good, it was natural and cute and the little details were on point. I loved that the little scribbles thing was used in that way, it was sweet and meaningful.

The back and forth between present and past was nice, giving a good view of the things. I really liked the intro descriptions, it had a very real feeling to it. Also, their friends, the kangbi bit was utterly hilarious!

Well, I was not expecting to read something like this from you, but it was a great surprise! Thank you, was a great reading!
