The dusty brown-haired young man — Hyukjae — jogged up to his friend after spotting him standing close to the wall. By the way the brunet was peeking on the adjacent corridor — the entire hall was deserted as it was late — Hyukjae could guess his dearest knucklehead was on to some mischiefs... again.
There was that one case with the rabbits which were in the school's care. Donghae — the name of Hyukjae's idiot — had took it upon himself to put them into his bag before setting them loose in the park nearby. They came by the park every three days to leave behind some snacks since that three months ago.
Also, there was the drenched puppy they had found when they arrived at the bus stop that one morning last month, which again went into Donghae's bag; the brunet fed him a couple biscuits while his scarf was wrapped around the puppy. (Hyukjae took off his own scarf and wrapped it around Donghae, rolling his eyes at the idiot who got cold easily and hated such chill weather yet had no sense of self-preservation when it came to his "perceived" helpless animals.)
The puppy ended up as their pet — their because Donghae conveniently referred to himself as 'mommy' when he cooed at Droopy for the first time, going, "You poor thing. Mommy's here." And of course, that automatically made Hyukjae the 'daddy' — it was a rule, Hyukjae did not make that up out of nowhere.
Worst was the time the idiot Lee Donghae had unleashed a whole cage of about a dozen rats — which were supposed to be for their labs experiment — and of course the entire school shook with no one able to distinguish whether the boys or the girls — most definitely both — were screaming more.
Thinking back, that might be on par with the time with the toads.
