1. If you are interested in creating a NEW Group, you must have all members ready (MUST BE ACCEPTED BY ADMIN)

2. If you are creating an OPEN New Group, you must be very detailed & entitled to do your own AD for said Group (MUST BE ACCEPTED BY ADMIN)

3. Creation of Rookies Group's are only allowed a maximum of 5 out of ONE month (it would be ridiculous to have so many debut at the same time)

4. If you're going to use visual songs, use songs that RL Idols aren't promoting now

5. ONLY  ULZZANG'S ARE AVAILABLE AS CHARACTERS
