Meet Me When The Stars AlignThere are no secrets in their marriage. Honestly, Donghae would never lie to Hyukjae unless it was to ease his pain, and even then there’s a lot of grey area.

In hindsight, Donghae should’ve snuck in a clause just to be on the safe side.
Don’t judge me for always buying tea and candles.
He doesn’t have that many. His cupboard’s tea shelves still have room, he still has drawers with enough space for a candle or ten.
That may also be because he keeps extending the designated Tea and Candle storage areas, but hey. At least his obsession hasn’t extended to coffee that isn’t Americano.

Sighing as he flips the car keys until he finds the house key, he turns the lock and enters. Glancing around and not seeing a sign of his husband, he removes his shoes and takes quiet steps to the living room –
– and catches Hyukjae taking a ball of yarn from a comically large plastic bag, frozen in shock as he’s about to hide it in their antique cabinet that’s supposed to be for the fancy china.
They stare at each other, gazes flitting between startled eyes and bags labelling their addictions. Hyukjae cracks first, snorting a laugh and dropping the ball of yarn into his lap. “You caught me.”
