neo culture technology: also known as NCT. is a South Korean boy group formed by . Their name stands for the localization project Neo Culture Technology, a term coined by SM founder to describe the group's concept of having an unlimited number of members divided into multiple sub-units based in various cities worldwide. 

nct's active units as of 2018:

nct u: nct u stands for "nct united" where it is a rotating unit of nct. different members and different line-ups are set every comeback. nct u debuted last April 9, 2016, with the digital singles "The 7th Sense" and "Without You." and came back with the track "BOSS." nct u's first line up is Taeyong, Mark, Ten, Doyoung and Jaehyun. The second line up consists of Taeyong, Mark, Jaehyun, Doyoung, Jungwoo, Winwin and Lucas.

nct 127: nct 127 is one of the fixed unit of nct. "127" is the longitude of seoul, south korea and they are basically based on south korea to promote. They made their debut on July 7, 2016, with the mini album NCT #127. NCT 127's current members are Taeyong, Taeil, Johnny, Yuta, Doyoung, Jaehyun, Winwin, Jungwoo, Mark and Haechan. 

nct dream: the youngest unit of nct. their ages range from 16-19 years old. the members are Mark, Renjun, Jeno, Haechan, Jaemin, Chenle and Jisung. Jisung as the youngest and Mark as the oldest. They made their debut on August 24, 2016, with the digital single "Chewing Gum."
