SM Entertainment's EXO-K & EXO-M who debuted a little over a week ago have already topped the record store charts in Japan without any promotions.

According to the April 15th Daily Chart of Tower Records, EXO-K & EXO-M's first mini-albums have already seized the #1 and #2 spots respectively.

The more astonishing fact is that EXO's albums have not been officially released in Japan, and the boys topped the charts with only the numbers from their Korean import album sales.

K-Pop is already the craze in Japan, and EXO is expected to become major stars in Japan in the near future.

Shocking news has come for the fans of EXO as it has been reported that Kris is asking SM Entertainment to nullify his contract.

News broke in Korea that according to a report by a Chinese media outlet, Kris is asking for his contract to be terminated and has filed a lawsuit at the Seoul Central Court.

According to several reports, Kris's side has claimed that the idol is being treated as an object rather than being respected as an artist. They also mentioned that SM one-sidedly decided on the schedules, not giving thought to Kris's opinion or his health condition. As they believe that SM is restricting Kris from his basic human right to freedom and his choices career wise, the contract should be nullified.

Rumors had been circulating among fans that EXO's Luhan's absence at the past SMTOWN concert may not all be due to health reasons, and it seems the rumors are right as reports have come out to reveal that Luhan has filed a suit against SM Entertainment to nullify his contract.

The type of lawsuit he has filed, which is to determine that the contract is not valid and to nullify it, is the same one filed by former member Kris. It's being reported that the same law firm that handled Kris's case is also taking on Luhan's.
