Poem (unedited ver)

Poem Inspired by Miracle in December (unedited version)

A dark, dark night,
the grounds covered in thick, white, comfy blanket,
on the streets, people were singing carols in celebration,
Christmas lights danced in accordance to the music.

Small, white flowers began to float down from the sky,
bringing joy to the world below,
people on the streets laughed in joy,

as if angels had descended from heaven.

There I stood, waiting for my loved on at the town hall,
eventhough everything had ended between me and you,
I still kept my promise,
to wait for you at the town hall every Christmas.

If only I could find my way back into your frozen heart,
I would never lose you again.
Would my wish ever come true?
Tears slowly rolled down my cheek like gleaming crystals.

More and more angels began to fall,
I can hear you whom I can't hear,
I can see you whom I can't see,
Miracle in December has come true.
