"This is all going to be new to me," you said as your boyfriend and you continued to walk around your neighborhood.

"What do you mean?" Your boyfriend Bang Min Soo asks having his full attention to you. You didn't mean to suddenly rant about this whole situation however you needed to take it out of your chest or someone to calm you down.

"I mean... I'm so used to only living with my father." Bang Min Soo stopped walking and suddenly grabbed a hold of your hand and looked right at you. 

"You're overthinking this whole situation. It's practically going to be the same thing... The only difference is that he will have his fiance and you will have a new brother," Min Soo was right. 

You didn't mean to overthink the situation but it's just you didn't know how to feel about the whole move whether to feel happy for your father because he will be happy again... or a bit sad because it won't be just you and your father...

"I guess," you responded looking down at the ground and from that point, your boyfriend didn't sound convinced that was the only problem.

"What's really wrong?" the one thing you always seem bad at doing is hiding the way you truly feel about situations and everyone always seems to read you aren't too happy just by taking one look at your face.

"It's just... My dad's fiance is nice and all but I don't know... " you started to say but you paused. For some reason, there was just this strange feeling you had randomly appear everytime you would think about the new move. It's not that you have a bad feeling, however, you had a feeling something is going to happen in that household... You just have no idea whether it will be good or bad.

However, instead of sharing that with your boyfriend you decided to say something else.

"I just don't want to share the house with new people... On top of that, I'm not sure if I like the idea of having a new stepbrother..." You said looking over at Min Soo and he nods. 

"I understand... But when are they moving in?" Min Soo asks and you smiled. 

The main reason you called your boyfriend to go for a walk was to avoid helping your father's fiance from moving in or at least escaping the reality of the fact that you were now going to be living with new people.

"I know you're aren't too happy about the whole move but maybe it won't be so bad." Min Soo was right, you overthink about the situation too much when it shouldn't be that bad. 

This is one of the things you loved about Min Soo... No matter what situation you are in he will always try to make the situation sound not too bad and help you out to think positive and remain calm. 

"You're right," you just needed to have full trust on Min Soo and hope that he is right about all of this.

Min Soo grabs you by your waist and pulls you into a kiss. He then grabs a hold of your hand and now the both of you were walking side by side walking to your home.

Time to face reality sooner or later...

The moment you arrived home, there you already see a moving truck getting unloaded. Wow, this was really happening... You were about to have a family... You took one look over at your boyfriend and he could easily read off of your facial expression that you still wasn't too happy about the situation. However, you didn't want him to be too worried. 

You looked back at Min Soo and smiled. You made sure it's was one of your "I'm okay," smiles. 

From that, your boyfriend knew it was time to let you face reality on your own.

"Call you later?" he asked grabbing a hold of your hand. You slowly nodded your head and from that point on, he pulled you close and pulled you into a kiss.

At that moment he walked off and you were now standing completely alone. You didn't want him to leave your side but you didn't have much of a choice... You had to face what was happening now and that was having a new family move in. 

"Y/N is that you?" You snapped out of your thoughts and looked over at the front door. There you see you father's fiance coming out and now walking over to you.

You were so lost in your thoughts that you had to quickly snap back to reality. The moment your father's fiancee was standing right in front of you, it wasn't long until she embraced you as if you two haven't seen each other in such a long time... However you do recall seeing her two days ago... You tried to remember what your boyfriend Min Soo said and remembered that maybe this big move won't be so bad...

"Do you need help moving in?" You asked and a huge smile spreads across her face. 

The only reason why you were asking was that you felt like it was the right thing to do... But truthfully speaking you wanted to go lock yourself in the room and maybe take a nap. 

"That would be very helpful," she responded and you smiled and followed behind her as she approached the moving truck. 

Damn it so much for being nice... 

As the two of you approached the moving truck, you took one glimpse and noticed a male figure unloading the moving truck on his own. Who's that? You tried your hardest to take a good look at the males mystery face however he had his back turned to you.

How are you suppose to see his face? You tried to think of something but an idea popped into your head.

"You need help with that?" You asked and at that moment the male standing right in front of you finally turned his head and looked over at you. You were finally able to get a better view of the guy. 

You looked at him from head to toe. He was slender, poise, has thick thighs, broad shoulders, and long limbs. He is definitely mesomorph. He has a nose with a round slope and a young face, his skin complexion is fair olive with neutral undertones. This boy was really something however you would be lying if you were to say you weren't somewhat attracted to the boy. 

However at that moment after observing him you realized he was going to be your soon to be step brother... 

"Ah s-sure," he blurts out awkwardly making you snap back to reality. Wait sure to what? At that moment you remembered you basically offered to help.

You walked over to the moving truck trying to get a hold of a box but as you did that, you glanced over at the boy waiting for him to look at you but however, he did the complete opposite. He did everything he could to completely avoid eye contact with you. 

Just from this, you could tell either he was really shy in general or has no idea how to properly communicate with a female.

You were going to get a hold of a box, however, HE hands you one still not even looking at you... Not even once. Well, that's interesting...

"What's your name?" You asked looking directly at him.

"Jeon Jungkook," he simply replies and just from saying that and looking the body language he looked completely uncomfortable even speaking to you... However, you still wanted to talk to him... 

"Well my name is Y/N," you blurted out knowing that Jungkook probably doesn't care. After you mentioned your name, Jungkook nodded his head and it wasn't long until he walked off leaving you there alone and abandoned and confused.

Well, that was rude... Here you were trying to talk to the boy and instead, he walks off and leaves you there confused... 

With the box still in your hand, you began to walk closer to your house till suddenly you could feel your father's fiance look over at you. 

"Ah, sorry about him... He's pretty shy around girls," that makes more sense. 

However, instead of really saying much to your father's fiancee you nodded your head and went along into the house helping them move in.

At least you were finally able to lock yourself in your room and have some time for yourself. You still have no idea why you even bothered helping to be honest... At first in the beginning, it sounded like a good idea but now that you feel exhausted you realized it was the worst idea you came up with.

You grabbed a hold of your phone and casually began to scroll through your Instagram till...

*Knock Knock*

"Come in," you called out still having your eyes practically glued to the phone however eventually you glanced at the door and right then and there you see your father standing there looking directly at you. 

"Hey sweetie," your father says and at that moment you knew he wanted something.

"What's up," you said sitting up on your bed as you placed your phone right next to you and he smiles.

"I just came to check up on you... You know about this whole thing," right...

"So... How are you feeling?" Did you father want your honest opinion or was he looking for the answer he's hoping for? Either way, you were planning to be nice however in a nicer way. 

"It's all so different," that was the truth but you were sugar coating this to the max. Instead of your father saying anything right after that, he nodded his head and continued to stare at you. 

"Look, I know you're not used to this new change... But look just give it chance and I'm sure that everything will run by smoothly before you know it." It was cute to see that your father had hope for you however you didn't believe what he was saying was true but whatever... 

However, instead of disagreeing right in front of his face you decided to agree.

"Let's hope so," you said now looking at your phone.

You were expecting for your father to say more, however, he gets up from your bed and walks over to the door. You were expecting him to leave however he stopped and looked at you.

"Hey, why don't you go talk to Jungkook and show him around," your father suggest and your eyes widen. 

Although that was random you knew he was just trying to get your comfortable with the new idea of having a family and maybe get close to Jungkook since he's going to be your brother. However, you did remember what your father's fiancee said and he's completely shy with girls... How on earth are you suppose to grow a connection with him?

"But he's shy with girls... What am I suppose to say to him?" You asked your father waiting for him to let you off of the hook maybe this time but nope.

"You better think of something, he is going to be your new brother so get along now," your father says looking at you. 

You wanted to say something, however, he cuts you off and leaves your room not letting you have a chance to even speak... 

How rude...

You could be rebellious and not do as your father says or just go try to spend time with Jungkook... You groaned as you forced yourself off of your bed.

This should be fun.

At last, you stood in front of Jungkook's door and slowly knocked. 

"Come in," Jungkook calls out.

You opened the door and the moment you walked in you saw Jungkook laying there on the bed looking right at his phone. He was probably expecting his mother to be the one knocking on the door because when he saw you, he sat up and looked guilty as if he was caught doing something he shouldn't have done. 

"Are you busy right now?" You asked Jungkook out of the blue and he looks at you rather confused probably because it was random. 

"Um- no?" Jungkook says as a question and you smiled.

"Perfect. Looks like you and I are going on an adventure." You didn't even bother asking if anything it was more like you were letting him now.

"An a-adventure?" Jungkook practically struggles to say and you just nodded your head.

Jungkook got off the bed and looked at you. He didn't even approach you so you walked over to the boy and got a hold of his wrist. The moment you even made some type of physical contact you looked at Jungkook's face and he looked scared to death. 

"Don't worry I don't bite," you said looking over at Jungkook and you noticed his cheeks suddenly turns a bright shade of red and you just smiled.

This boy needs to get over his fear of girls sooner or later. 

You have no idea how you even did it, however, you eventually dragged Jungkook out of his room and could tell he was nervous but he better be up for the adventure.

You glanced over at Jungkook who was walking right by your side and he looked completely intimidated by you... So far Jungkook has been extremely quiet and you have no idea what to say or do but you were sure you could think of something... You at least hope. 

"Are you always this quiet?" You asked Jungkook trying to kill the silence by small talk.

"Uh... Sometimes," more like often, at least around you. 

You stopped yourself from walking and looked over at Jungkook. 

"I know it's kind of obvious but your mom actually told me you're shy around girls... I mean there is nothing wrong with that but... You and I are both going to become siblings soon... So no need to be shy," you said hoping that could maybe be an icebreaker and you two could possibly bond. 

Jungkook just quietly nodded his head and you just sighed. This is going to be hard... You weren't expecting Jungkook to say anything until suddenly he began to talk.

"I know... I just can't help it," well that was honest and true. 

"Well, that's why today we are here and are going to get to know one another... Maybe if I'm lucky I can get you to come out of your comfort zone," you said nudging Jungkook and he just smiles. 

Catching Jungkook off guard, you hook your arm with his and suddenly began to skip making him do the same.

After taking a walk around the park, just as expected you were starting to get to know Jungkook more and more. He was finally starting to open up more... If anything he showed way more character than he did when you first met him. 

On top of that, the both of you had a lot more in common than you were actually expecting...

"You know... I actually like this side of you," and by side, you mean you like seeing Jungkook feel comfortable around you and open up how Jungkook didn't seem to know what you were talking about.

"What side?" He asks looking over at you. 

"The real you, then you where you aren't so quiet and shy," you said referring to earlier. 

You weren't really expecting for Jungkook to respond but he did.

"Good... You're going to be seeing this side a lot more often," Jungkook says looking away and you couldn't help but smile. From that point on the both of you stopped from walking and just began to look around your surrounding and just admire the beautiful view right in front of you.

Jungkook's Point of View 

I don't know why but I always been afraid to talk to girls... I'm afraid that I'll say the wrong thing because I have no idea how to properly approach them. But now that here I am with Y/N and spending some time with her... I realized that maybe talking them aren't so bad... 

I took one glance over at Y/N and watched her look around. I couldn't help but smile a bit at how adorable she looked.

Suddenly I began to get this unfamiliar feeling in my stomach... I haven't had this feeling in a while... It felt like butterflies. 

What the hell is wrong with me? She's about to be my sister and I'm over here having butterflies... Does that make any sense? I looked away and tried to ignore the feeling.

Your Point of View 

As you were looking all around, you could feel eyes glued to you. You took one look over at Jungkook and the moment the both of you made some type of eye contact... At that very moment, he looked away... It's a little too late.

"Can I ask you something?" You asked Jungkook and he nods his head but avoids eye contact.

"How do you feel about your mother and my father getting married? Truthfully..." You asked Jungkook and you noticed him just staring at a tree right in front of him.

"I'm just happy to see my mother happy again... It's been a while," Jungkook says and at that moment you couldn't help but smile. Honestly, that was probably one of the cutest response you have ever heard come from a guy. 

Aw Jungkook has a heart and wasn't afraid to express himself... SO RARE.

Jungkook looks over at you and raises his eyebrows.

"Why are you smiling?" Jungkook asks you and you didn't even bother hiding the smile if anything you smiled even bigger looking at Jungkook.

"That was such a cute response," you said looking at Yoongi and the moment you made that comment you could see his cheeks turning a light shade a pink. He was probably embarrassed but it was a cute answer.

"How do you feel about all of this?" Jungkook suddenly asks turning the question to you.

"I'm not going to lie to you... In the beginning, I was unsure about all of this," you could lie and say you were excited but what was the point of lying.

"Can I ask why?" Jungkook says looking over at you.

"Honestly I wasn't sure about sharing the house with more people," after that being said you noticed Jungkook pretending to suddenly be offended by placing a hand over his chest and you couldn't help but playfully roll your eyes and giggle.

"Ready to walk some more?" Jungkook suggests.

"I like the way you think," you responded and from that point, the both of you were walking side by side off to enjoy the nice and beautiful weather.

After all of the walking and talking you did with Jungkook, you had the whole day to get to know Jungkook. When the two of you spoke you realized that there is something different about this boy. He has something your boyfriend doesn't even have...

You glanced at Jungkook and watched him look at the food cart like a little boy.

Is it weird to say that you find your soon to be brother "cute"? 

Or is it weirder to say that the whole day the two of you spent time with one another you felt butterflies... Whatever the case was, you pushed your feelings aside and continued to walk.

Tossing and turning... unable to sleep. For some strange reason you haven't been able to sleep and you have no idea why that is...

Clearly, since you weren't planning to sleep anytime soon, you quietly got off of your bed and tiptoed out to the hall. 

The moment you arrived at the kitchen, you were just about to walk in till suddenly you heard an unfamilar noise...But that point on you froze and stopped...

You took one look into the kitchen and at that point, you suddenly see a shadow move...

At that point, you spun around and was about to run till suddenly without realization your foot got caught on the chair and you suddenly fell.

Smooth just smooth...

You stood quiet and suddenly began to hear footsteps approaching closer and closer to your direction. 

, why the hell do you have to be so damn clumsy? Right now it could be a killer and because of you falling they could easily kill you right now... COOL.

Before you can make a sudden run for it, you suddenly see the light turn on and you froze. 

The moment you looked up, there you found Jungkook standing right then and there with his hair a complete mess.

"Y/N?" Jungkook says a bit confused.

At that point, you got yourself off of the ground and you awkwardly smiled. At least it was Jungkook and not some complete creep...

"What are you doing awake?" Jungkook asks still looking right at you.

"Couldn't sleep," you responded and from that point on you walked over to the fridge, opened it up and pulled out your favorite ice cream. You then walked over to the counter and grabbed a spoon.

Hmm, Jungkook was asking you why were you up but the real question is why was he up?

"Why are you up?" You asked Jungkook and he walked over to you and sighed.

"I couldn't seem to sleep either," Jungkook says agreeing with you and from that point, you grabbed a seat and sat down digging into your ice cream.

As you brought the spoon to your mouth Jungkook began to talk to you.

"We're going to be such a tired mess tomorrow," that was true however you always seem to step into school tired.

"I mean I should be used to it about now, however you're the new boy so I would be worried if I were you," you said trying to scare Jungkook a bit.

He shrugged and sat on the counter sitting right next to you. 

"Guess I'll be sleeping class for my first day," wow look at Jungkook being a badass. I giggled and nodded my head. 

"That makes the two of us," you said smiling down at your icecream and Jungkook chuckles. After the both of you stopped laughing, you continued to eat your ice cream but you could feel Jungkook eyes glued to you...

"Do you want some ice cream?" You offered him and instead of him really saying anything, he jumped off the counter and walked over to you.

He grabbed a spoon nearby and it wasn't long until he stood right by you and basically began to join you.

"I know you told me you couldn't sleep but... Do you have a reason why you can't sleep?" Jungkook suddenly asks looking at you.

"Well... I noticed that ever since I visited my mothers grave... I haven't been feeling like myself..." you spoke looking right at the ice cream.

"She died?" Jungkook asked shock.

"Well... She got into a car accident with a drunk driver and well... let's just say she didn't make it," you were surprised to be opening up to Jungkook... Usually, you would always try to avoid the topic of your mother however for some reason when you told Jungkook it was easy to tell him.

"Oh... And I was only about three with this all happened," you added and Jungkook stopped eating the ice cream and just stared at you. 

Then before you know it... Jungkook suddenly reached in for your hand. You looked at Jungkook's hand on top of yours and then looked over at him.

For some strange reason, you suddenly began to feel butterflies and right there you knew you had to pull away. You quickly removed your hands from his and smiled.

"Well... We should probably go back to our rooms and sleep... Tomorrow is a big day for you," you said trying to avoid the fact that you felt something you shouldn't have. 

"I guess so," Jungkook says sounding a bit disappointed.

Jungkook gets off the seat and began to walk off. But just before he left he suddenly stopped walking and looked over at you. 

"Goodnight Y/N~," Jungkook says looking right at you and you smiled.

"Goodnight."

Right then and there he lives you completely alone you were there by yourself. You grabbed the ice cream and slowly put it away. 

You then leaned against the fridge and sighed. What the hell is wrong with you?

He's going to be your step brother however here you are having sudden butterflies? Does this make sense? Plus... You had a boyfriend so you shouldn't feel like this...

*RING RING*

You wake up hearing your stupid alarm clock go off. Ugh, you have to be kidding!

You grabbed a hold of your blanket and threw it over your head. You were already wishing that today was over with... But the day hasn't even begun.

Slowly but surely you dragged yourself out of bed and walked over to the bathroom.

It was time to get ready whether you liked the idea of being up or not.

At last after getting ready, Jungkook and you were finally heading out and was on your way to school. The two of you were walking together side by side.

"Are you nervous?" You asked Jungkook.

"No," he answers but you knew he was lying.

You shot one glare and Jungkook and he smiles at your direction however eventually after he felt your eyes practically burning right through him he sighed.

"Fine... Maybe a little," now that was a better answer.

Jungkook's Point of View 

I know it's the second day where I'm spending time with Y/N but I realized... I think I like the girl... I know we just started to get to each other but she makes me feel comfortable... And I can't say that about everyone.

I understand it's wrong to like your step sister or soon to be step sister but I can't help it.

Slowly I glanced at Y/N and couldn't help but to smile to myself at how adorable Y/N looked in her uniform.

Just as I was about to speak up and say something, right then and there a male figure suddenly approaches the two of us.

Maybe this is Y/N's friend...

As the male approaches Y/N, he stands right there and then suddenly the two approach each other and kiss.

My heart instantly dropped.

That's her boyfriend...
