Jessica Jung, also known as the Ice Princess by most of the people at her school, was in a bit of a dilemma. She loved this girl named Tiffany Hwang but when she was around her friends she tended to act like an arrogant brat, to everyone. In fact yesterday, was the biggest mistake she had made in her whole life. Her sister Krystal Jung was known to pick on the some of the "unpopular" kids or rather "unpopular" kid, Tiffany Hwang all because she was a foreigner who was struggling to adjust to the new way of life and language here in South Korea. It pained Jessica to watch her sister pick on the girl of her dreams, Tiffany. The whole time Krystal just tore her to shreds with her insults and snide remarks and Jessica just stood there, doing nothing.

The Ice Princess sighed to herself as she remembered the events of the day before. Jessica loved the girl but yet she just stood by and watched Krystal throw insults at the eye-smiling girl in front of the whole cafeteria. Tiffany had left the building crying later that afternoon. Jessica should have intervened, that she knew, and now she was metaphorically kicking herself for letting this happen to Tiffany. She heard her cell phone's ringtone and immediately picked it up. "Hello?" she answered. She wished she hadn't answered the phone once she realized who it was.

"Hey unnie do you want come out and hang with me and my friends?" Krystal asked her. Jessica really didn't want to hang out with anyone. All she wanted was to go and see if Tiffany was okay. They were finally becoming close friends and then she just had to screw it up by not defending her friend and sticking up for someone who clearly needed help. What kind of friend was she? She loved Tiffany, yet she couldn't even defend her. Jessica was a coward. She couldn't confess her true feelings to Tiffany nor could she defend the younger girl when she needed her to. "Jessi are you still there?" Krystal asked becoming slightly impatient.

"I'm sorry what?" Jessica replied. She hadn't even heard what Krystal had asked her because she was caught up in her own thoughts. Krystal wasn't the person she wanted to speak to right now. She needed to speak with Tiffany, she needed to confess her true feelings towards the eye-smiling girl and apologise for her actions yesterday.

"Why are you so zoned out these days?" Krystal snapped back in frustration. "Don't answer that question I know the answer. " Jessica's heart must have skipped a beat. Krystal knows? How? How could she possibly know?

"Y-you know?" Jessica stammered, widening her eyes at the thought of Krystal knowing that she had a huge crush on Tiffany.

"About your crush on Tiffany? Girl, even a blind man can see that you are in love with her." Krystal answered with a smirk on her face. Jessica didn't understand. If Krystal knew she liked Tiffany, why would she pretty much humiliate the foreigner in front of the whole school.

"Then why did you humiliate her yesterday? She didn't deserve any of that. She's so sweet and you just bullied her!" Jessica was getting slightly agitated with her sister now.

"Jessi, she's a loser" Krystal started. "She’s immature, obnoxious, and loud. She has some weird obsession with everything pink, and to top this all off she’s a forei-“ Jessica interrupted Krystal.

"Can you shut the hell up Krys?" Jessica yelled at her. "Have you ever thought that maybe, just maybe, that that's what I like about her?!" Jessica countered as Krystal laughed from her end of the phone. It wasn't her regular chuckle either. It was a chuckle that was almost vicious.

"Fine. Stay home and fawn over Tiffany Hwang while I will go out and party." Krystal answered and ended the call. Jessica had a scowl on her face. Krystal was starting to annoying her more and more these days. What kind of sister was she? The Ice Princess sighed in frustration and scrolled down her contacts list on her phone until she reached the name ‘Tiffany’. She took a deep breath and she dialed the number and prayed that Tiffany would pick up. Jessica sighed in relief when the eye-smiling girl answered. "Hey Tiffany, it's Jessica." The Ice Princess smiled. A small smile appeared on Tiffany's face as well.

"Hey Jungk" she answered. ‘Jungk’ was the nickname that Tiffany had given the older girl. Jessica couldn't help but chuckle as Tiffany called her that. "What's up?" the younger girl asked.

"I was wondering if you could meet me at the park?" Jessica stammered nervously. Man she was so nervous talking to Tiffany. She always ended up stuttering and stammering like an idiot when she spoke to Tiffany. Jessica would always make a total fool out of herself around the younger girl.

"Sure Jungk, meet you there in ten?" Tiffany asked just to clarify specific detail.

"Ten what?" Jessica asked confused. She was so nervous she couldn't even concentrate on the conversation she was having. What was wrong with her?

"Ten minutes Jungk. I'll meet you at the park in ten minutes" Tiffany giggled causing Jessica to turn a deep shade of crimson, partially because she was embarrassed and partially because of her stupidity.

"Oh…ok" Jessica mumbled. She could feel her heart beating double time in her chest. She must really love this girl if she had this affect on her. "Ok see you soon Tiff." Jessica smiled sheepishly as she ended the phone call. This was her chance. She needed to firstly apologise to Tiffany and then confess her true feelings towards her.

Jessica was a couple metres away from the park when he caught a glimpse of Tiffany sitting on a bench. Was she really going to do this? Was she really going to confession her true feelings? Jessica let out a shaky breath. She was so nervous. She had no idea how she was going to react. "I can do this," Jessica muttered to herself. She made sure that she looked half decent before she made her way towards Tiffany. A huge grin appeared on Tiffany’s face when she saw Jessica walk up to her. Jessica was slightly taken aback when the younger girl engulfed her in a tight hug.
 

"What took you so long? You’re late, you know that?" Tiffany asked pulling out of the hug. Jessica smiled down at her sheepishly.

“I walk slowly,” Jessica answered with a shrug.

“Well, you should have run. You know better than to keep me waiting.”  "You should never run no matter how late you are. What difference does it make anyway?" Jessica chuckled nervously as Tiffany couldn't help but giggle at her. The Ice Princess' expression changed to that of a serious one. "Tiff, I wanted to apologise for what happened yesterday. You didn't deserve that and Krystal was completely out of line-" Tiffany interrupted her.

"Jungk, relax. Krystal is a girl with a major princess complex. Plus, why are you apologising anyway?" Tiffany raised an eyebrow at her. Jessica sighed.

"Tiffany, I care about you. I care about you a lot." The older girl placed her trembling hand on top of Tiffany’s. "And it hurt me to see you upset yesterday. I regret not intervening. I wish I could have stopped my sister from saying that stuff about you." Jessica squeezed the younger girl’s hand gently. Tiffany was staring into Jessica’s mesmerising cat-like eyes wondering what had gotten into The Ice Princess. Sure, they had been friends for a long time but this was a side to Jessica Jung that even Tiffany couldn't work out.

"Seriously, Jessica. It's ok. Don't worry about it." she said gently squeezing the older girl’s hand back. "And I care about you too," Tiffany added causing a glint of happiness to appear in Jessica’s eyes.

"Tiffany, I think it's about time I told you this…," Jessica swallowed the lump in . "Tiffany...I love you. I know you'll find it hard to believe me if I tell you how much you mean to me. I've never been like this before. I just don't know how to pour out my feelings for you. I just hope you feel the same," Jessica stared into her dark brown eyes, wondering how she was going to react. The Ice Princess was surprised however when Tiffany threw herself into her arms and embraced her in a tight hug.

"Of course I feel the same!" Tiffany threw arms around Jessica’s neck and gently rested her head on the older girl’s shoulder. Jessica couldn't help but grin as she wrapped her arms around Tiffany. "I love you, Jungk. I always have." Tiffany angled her head up at her and was just mesmerized by The Ice Princess' heart melting smile.

"So I guess now we are official?" Jessica said a genuine chuckle escaping her lips and Tiffany couldn't help but giggle.

"Yes I guess we are," Tiffany smiled as Jessica stood up intertwining their hands together. Jessica was the happiest she had ever been. She was so worried that Tiffany was going to feel the complete opposite but boy was she wrong. Tiffany seemed to love her just as much.

"So...," Jessica stated with a glint in her eyes. "Where do you want our first date to be?" Jessica asked with a cheeky smirk appearing on her flawless face.

"We could go watch a movie?" Tiffany shyly suggested giving Jessica’s hand another tight squeeze. Jessica smiled down at Tiffany as she wrapped her arm around the younger girl’s waist.

"As you wish beautiful." The Ice Princess kissed her cheek causing Tiffany to blush slightly which in turn caused Jessica to blush an even deeper shade of crimson. She held Tiffany close, almost as if she was protective of her. Nonetheless The Ice Princess knew that Tiffany was the only girl that she could ever love. Since the day she first laid eyes on the eye-smiling girl, her heart had been captured. Jessica never thought she could love someone this much but she was so wrong. So wrong. She knew that they were meant for each other and no one could change that. Nothing could change the fact that she loved Tiffany Hwang with all her heart.

So here's some backstory on this one shot. I actually wrote it back in 2010 back in the start of my fanfiction days and originally I had written as a WWE fanfiction (the pairing was John Morrison and Melina).
