I would like to start saying that I once tried this and now I will give this project another try and make all of this happen. Please, just join this project if you can be really active and spend time on here with us! I need people that will be around and upon asking for a place on the staff will come around asap. That's it!

So hello everyone! So, I'm here to talk about my newest project and how I will need your help! First thing, I know how everyone misses the old vibes of roleplaying, how it was back in 2012 or so. I don't promise to bring that back but I do promise to try my best to make this whole idea work with plotting and actual roleplaying. 

No, that doesn't mean I won't embrace the new roleplayers that are out there and want to join us. The important thing to keep in mind is that we are here to grow together and make this place long lasting. I want to start this whole project right, and that means making it a growing and welcoming family. 

Now, let's talk about the idea. I want to make a roleplay that welcomes everyone, end of story. That means I want to have both AU and non AU fans here, it means I will need a lot of help in here since to keep all of these working, everyone must be on point. Plotting will be a huge point in here, while it's not obligatory, will be highly cherished both in AU and non AU. Create scenarios, make it all happen! You will see how everything gets funnier.

We also won't narrow our minds when it comes to FCs, both older bands as the newest ones will be welcomed here. Also, you will have the chance to create with the same idol, different characters. You will be able to unleash all your imagination as well as not doing it and happily staying within the borders of the non AU, we will support all your choices. 

But to make it happen, I can't be alone, right? Not really. That's why I will need a whole staff to help me making it happen. We will be divided in groups with an admin as the leader of each so everything will work out just fine, therefore if you want to be an admin here, you will have to get read for a load of work. IMPORTANT: BEING AN ADMIN DOESN'T MEAN THAT YOU WILL HAVE MORE POWER THAN THE STAFF MEMBERS, ON CONTRARY YOU'RE ON THE SAME LEVEL AS THEM. THE DIFFERENCE IS THAT YOU HAVE TO BE FAIRLY MORE ACTIVE AND YOU WILL MOSTLY BE IN CONTACT ALL THE TIME WITH EVERYONE. NOTHING HERE IS ABOUT POWER, OKAY?
 

 The groups are:
 

▪ DESIGNING TEAM:
On this team I will be the leader, since I do know how to do most of the stuff in here. This team will take care of everything that needs coding, designing banners and headers, everything. It will deem a lot of work, but of course we will have each other to help out. We will also be in charge of the AFF thread.
> I will be needing designers and people that have any notion of coding. Knowing how to use tumblr is a plus and something highly appreciated by me. If interested in joining this team, let me know! 
> Looking for:

   - LEADER: Mamamoo's Hwasa
   - 1 designer that knows how to edit images, create the banners and etc. 
   

▪ ACTIVENESS TEAM:
The activeness team will be in charge of checking the members activeness. They will be checking every week how active the members are and also giving out the warning concerning activeness. Being active is a key point of a roleplay, so this team is really important. They will also be in charge of cleaning the inactive ones from the groups and giving the designing team an update list of who should be taken from the masterlist.

> I will be needing people that will be able to check on the members at the end of the week and keep both the designing and groups updated.
>  Looking for:
   - LEADERS: Got7's JB AND actor Nam Joohyuk. 


▪ CONTACT + ADVERTISING TEAM:
Taehyung's team will be there to help the members solving any problem they might have as well be the ones that the members should approach to ask for hiatus, notifying they will leave or say they are in a relationship. However, they can and will contact the whole group of admins if it's a big problem and we need to solve it. And also will in charge of creating different advertisements for our roleplay. 

> I will be needing people that are easily approachable so the members won't feel intimidated to talk about their problems. They must be imparcial when it comes to problems, please.
> I'll be needing people that have time to advertise and that came come up with interesting advertisements, advertise a lot, indeed. 

> Looking for:

   - LEADER: BTS's Taehyung.
   -  2 staff, a male and a female (GMT- and GMT+)

As you can see, I'm needing 3 staffs. It will be better if we balance out the numbers, but it's not totally necessary. Please remember about the power problem, keep that in mind!

These are the folks I'm needing for now! It'll be a big staff but I'm doing it to keep everything organized. I haven't chosen the platform yet, though it most likely will be facebook. Please come to me if you can be active and help making this place a growing family.

The opening date hasn't been set yet but I believe once we have everyone, we will have a definition!
