Hello there! Thank you for clicking on my story.

This is the first time I'm writing a fantasy!au fiction. I had initially wanted it to be a drabble but I kept writing and it soon became more like a one-shot instead.

This story was inspired from my recent trip to the jetty at night, I loved the place so much so it gave me an idea on writing something similiar. In this story, there is a sentence or two with Chinese words in them. Just to inform you, the first line is the actual lyrics of a popular Chinese song called “白天不懂夜的黑”. The second line of it, however, was came up by me~

As a kid I loved borrowing fantasy/supernatural fictional stories from the library. I am certain there was one such book I came across with a similar plot on how the main character met the OC. I could not remember the exact plot anymore since it was years ago when I read this but I must say this fic I wrote was highly inspired from it. Should there be any similarity with other work, please know it is soley due to coincidence and I never meant to plagiarise.
