The clock is right on 8 am and Sowon was taking her breakfast like usual. Today breakfast menu was a scrambled egg with fried bacon and bread. American style and Sowon like it. That's her favorite 

While she's enjoying her time finishing her breakfast, suddenly her phone make a noise. If people around her age, their ringtone phone probably was the latest song or something like that

But different with Sowon, she just used her default ringtone. With the excuse that her ringtone will not effecting her life at all 

"Hello?" She's greet the person through the other line with her usual serious tone

"Hello, Sowon. Where is the file about Blue Dive project? I've been searching for it"

"It's at the B list row of the drawer. Second from left and eleventh from right" 

"Ouh, ok. I found it. Wow, as expected from you miss Sojung. Hey, have done taking your breakfast?" With that, Sowon just hang up her phone 

She knew so well that her friend Seokjin was asking her for having a long conversation. She doesn't want it, in fact Seokjin already aware about it 

Sowon will not have a long phone call if it's not about works. That's one of the reasons why she doesn't have any friend. Aside from her fierce and arrogant act of course. Seokjin is her one and only friend 

She herself doesn't know why that guy so eagerly wanna be her friend when he's already know her act so well. Maybe he just don't wanna make Sowon feel lonely for not having friend around her 

They're not a lover and they've aware about themselves who didn't feel any attracting toward each other. Seokjin just think her as his best friend and same goes to Sowon

Sowon however still with her arrogant side and thinking that everyone has their own life. Her mind said that who need a friend or someone to be around her when she can be successful without people surround her 

She has used to live alone. Since child in fact, she never know how it feel to live in family or group of peoples. She just did her own thing in her own world. Not minding what people said about her bored and lonely life

She is 28 years old and working as an engineer at her own engineering company. Yes, she has her own company, that's what she got and has built with her own efforts 

She never met her own family. Her parents was disowned her at in front of someone door house right after she was born

How can she knew about that? It's because the owner of that house was bringing up her past life every time she did a mistake in everything. The owner of that house was raising her till she's 15 and after that she's leaving that house to live with her own way and efforts 

It's not like the owner of that house was looking or worrying about her state though. They're might be happy or did not aware about her leaving at all. It's not like she care about her before 

Sowon admit that her act might be seen like an ungrateful thing when she's ran away from a pair of married couple who has take care of her since baby but she can't also deny about how worse their treatment on her while her 15 years old growth time

She's already know how to do the household chores at 6 when her guardian that she doesn't address as mom feel lazy do cleaning the house or doing any house chores

She has starts to know how cooks at 7 when both of her guardians want to eat something. The memory about how bad she got beaten on her first try of cooking still fresh in her mind. Her cooks didn't feel a thing, it's tasteless and a man that she was disallowed for calling him as dad hit her with his belt till the hurt of each hit can she feel whenever she's recalling that scene 

Insulting, angry and harsh words was filling her ears since she's 4 or maybe more younger. She has live with those hard things and words, she has get used to it. Instead of crying out loud about her poor childhood life, she's make it as a motivation 

Motivation for her to becomes more strong to facing the outside world. She's leaving the house that feel like hell for her at 15 and braving herself to live alone. Due to her height, she managed to people about her age for getting a jobs

She's parting her times between study and works till she's got a chance to study in higher education. After has finished her study at university in engineering field, she's working at a low class engineering company 

They didn't pay for her salary, in short words. That company was in their times waiting for having bankruptcy. She's quit from working there and applying for a vacancy position in another company that it financy is more stable 

From there, she learned about engineering field abd business things. At there too she met with Seokjin. That guy has been her helper in everything. At first she just ignoring all those helps from that guy but after she's knowing about Seokjin who want to have his own company and want her as business partner

She's slowly allowing that guy to enter her life as a friend. She's however never open up about her last with that guy. For her, Seokjin or Jin for short is just her friend in business. She's enjoying her alone life

No matter how hard Seokjin tried to bringing her out from her alone life, he never did it. He's always fail, she's tried to taking her to the nightclub for celebrating their company succeed but she's end up leaving the party right after she's step into the event

He tried to setting a date between Sowon with any guys but that woman still didn't change. She's too into with her alone life and time. Jin got fed up already, so he's stop and praying then wishing for someone to be able for changing his friend 

"Good morning Miss Sojung" that's was what greeting her as soon as she's step into her workplace

All her workers are bowing while saying the same thing. But never once she's bow back or react to it. She just practically walk passed by them as if they're not exist

Her staff's must be lie if they never gossiping about her attitude and Sowon know about it but again, she's ignore it all. She can't shut their mouth up though

"Good morning Miss" Nayeon, her secretary stand straight befor greeting her with a bow

"How's my schedule for today?" She ask with her face in serious and straight state

"Uhm, wait. Let me check it" Nayeon said as her hands scrambling taking her diary that filling with her boss schedule 

"You just want to check it right now? You should've done since I'm not here yet" Sowon scolding her secretary that just starts her works about a week ago after her previous secretary has quit

"I-im sorr-"

"What did you since just now? Playing with your phone? Posting on instagram? Updating your Facebook? Online on whatsapp?" Sowon said in her cold tone and Nayeon just hang her head low

"Are those things paid for your salary?" She ask

"N-no Miss" Nayeon said in stuttering 

"Check it then update to me later on" Sowon said in her unchanged tone before walk into her office room 

"What a good thing happen to starts my day" Sowon muttering in annoy 

She's sit at her table, turn on her computer then checking all her mailbox. Just a few seconds after that, Jin come in without knockin the door first

"Hey! Morning So-"

"Don't you have a manner?? Knock the door first" Sowon said with her eyes still on the computer screen 

"Come on" Jin rolled his eye before knocking the door. Just like always happen, his friend will never change he guess

"What do you want?" Sowon ask straightly right after Jin sit in front her

"Nothing,just want to scold you for being so mean on your new secretary" Sowon huffing 

"She's useless"

"You're the one who was too hard on her. She's still new, of course she can't do a thing correctly"

"She should've has learned" Jin sighing while massaging his forehead 

"She just works for you a week Sojung" Jin calling her in her real name

"So?"

"Come on Sowon. Can you please lowering your ego and arrogant a bit? Not much, just a bit. You're making people around hating you" 

"Why would I changes for people? This is me and my way, like it or not they has to follow it"

"But including Nayeon, this is your five times changing a secretary. I swear that if this time Nayeon quit from her jobs too, I'll not help you to find another secretary anymore" 

"Then don't. It's not like I need them anyway" Sowon said coolly make Jin huffing in frustration 

"If you don't have anything else to say, you may go now. I've still has a lot of works to do" Sowon said again 

"I sometimes don't understand, why did I'm still here with you?" Jin nagging to himself and Sowon heard him but she just let it go 

Not wanting being in around people. That is Sowon self, she thinks that she doesn't need anyone else in her life. It's happen because she has achieved a lot of things alone without anyone on her side

No friend, no family, no parents. She's a lonely person, she somehow feel grateful because Jin is loyal on her side but still. Alone is better for her
