Young Love
PROLOGUE

(written in Mina's perspective)

The alarm clock rings, alarming the girl that the time for school is near and she had to get ready.

In a very haste way, she showers for about 15 minutes and gets dressed.

That was probably one of the proper times of her morning.

Usually, she just goes to class without showering. And no, she believes she's clean and smells good.

But of course, that's just a way to console herself despite the non-existing attention from the guy.

Especially the ones that she have crush on.

She never had an experience of the whole love process and how it works.

But of course, she would like to feel it, even though sometimes she thinks she didn't deserve it.

She, then walks towards the university she currently attending, Haneul University.

The university's name was derived from the Korean word that directly translated to sky, to capture the goals-

and hope for the students here to achieve success as high and wide as the sky.

Although it wasn't her first-choice, she belives it is her fate and she had to accept and adapt to it.

There she didn't really have a lot of friends,

"Mina-chan, why are you late?" one of the friend she made, Momo said to her.

Despite being friend with her, Momo is actually quite popular.

She had an amazing talent of eating, without gaining weight,

so the girls were jealous of her body and her face.

While guys were basically spazzing on her.

Why the became friends? She didn't know.

Probably because they were so different?

"Today's just the orientation class, Momo, that's why.-

You know how late I slept yesterday." she replied.

"Yeah, yeah. You and your games." Momo replied.

Yes, she admitted she is somehow addicted to games,-

but yesterday was the last day of her holiday, so you can't really blame her.

"And you and your eating."I replied.

"Well, we both have commitments." she replied resulting to burst of laughters from both of us.

So, that day was as regular as it can be.

Nothing out of ordinary really happens.

But later on the evening, she receives a message from an unknown person.

She was hesitant to reply but due to curiosity she quickly typed a reply.

"Who is this?" she typed back.

A few minutes went by before she gets a reply.

"I'm your classmate. I'm Mark." he replied.

She was bewildered at that moment, because she never spoke to Mark.

Mark was not one of her crushes,

but she had a high respect towards Mark because Mark always seems like-

a guy who knows how to carry himself in front of the public despite being quiet like she is.

"Oh, sorry for not recognizing..." she replied to keep the chats continuing.

They actually keeps chatting for about 1 hours despite not knowing each other before-

and weirdly, she felt very happy.

She learn a lot of new things about Mark, her so-called first guy friend.

And she is actually pretty nervous for tomorrow since it will be-

the first time (well not really) for her to meet her so-called first guy friend.
