Breaking off from the passionate kiss, Major Yoo Si Jin and Dr. Kang Mo Yeon both stare into each other’s eyes as they sit atop the shipwreck on the beach, under a blanket of bright stars. He proceeds to brush his thumb against her rosy cheeks, a smile on his lips. Si Jin continues to stare at the love of his life with his smoldering eyes. Mo Yeon returns the gesture by planting a kiss on the tip of his nose, making him ticklish. The couple both climb down from the ship and continue to watch the stars above from the sandy beach. Unbeknownst to the young doctor, her boyfriend reaches into his right pocket for a small, velvet-clad box.

“Kang Mo Yeon-ssi”

He calls her, his voice solemn. She looks at him, his gaze full of sincerity.

“Do you remember the legend I told you about this beach? When we first came here?”

He asks. Mo Yeon smiles.

“Ofcourse, Major Yoo. How could I forget? ‘People of Urk believe that if they take a rock from this beach, they will be back no matter what.’”

She quotes him. He smiles back at her, and proceeds to kneel on the sandy ground on one knee. Her eyes widen at the act,

“W-What are you doing?”

She inquires nervously.

“Kang Mo Yeon…”

He says as he presents the small box in front of her and opens it. Inside is a heart-shaped diamond ring with a slim, white gold band.
