I thought of this idea when I pulled an all nighter and I haven't been able to stop thinking about it. I guess it's like a soulmate au mixed with a high school au? I don't have too many plans yet for the story so I wrote a pilot and wanted to leave suggestions open? I have some ideas for future characters but I'd love to see everyone's point of views! I want to follow all 3 highschool musical movies by basic plot! Anyways I'll leave the pilot here: 

Music bounced of the walls, warm bodies pressed against each other as they swayed to the music, a typical teenager New Years party. Leaning against a wall was mnet academies star basketball player Hong Eunki, some may say it's cause his dad's the couch of the basketball team that he owns that title, but no one couldn't deny that Eunki didn't know how to move his hands and body the right way to make the shots. However today was a day to forget all that highschool nonsense and enjoy the moment. He was talking about some crazy thing his friends did at basketball practice last weekend when suddenly a voice yelled through a speaker; "DANCE BATTLE!" And suddenly the teenagers were all making a a circle around the now claimed 'dance floor'. Eunki ignored the whole silly competition for title of 'star dancer in town' as people began to dance to the array of music that came on shuffle. It was when the song skinny love came on shuffle everyone became hesitant to step on the dance floor, unsure of how to move to a slow beat. 

"Come on anyone?" The voice called through the speaker again. Eunki was done with the whole dance battle thing going on and decided to make his way to sit outside. "Mnet academy's star player! Show us some moves" and suddenly there was a light shine on Eunki, the worst possible outcome. Eunki could dance, he wants to, but, if his dad was to find out. He couldn't.  He went to leave but hands started pushing him to the front, he had a heavy feeling on his chest as he now stood in the middle of the dance floor, it's okay no one would battle him...if he just moved for a second he could leave once no one else came out. So, he did. Flowing to the song, becoming lost in the music, throwing all his feelings of dance that he suppressed all out on the dance floor. He became unaware of his surroundings until his eye caught a small figure glide across from him, he turned around, small smile on his face, his feelings of feed gone as this unknown boy came up to him face meet only a mere inches away. And suddenly, two strangers minds became untwined. A unrehearsed duet full of emotions, a sympathy of the heart. As the music came to the end they reached out for each other from separate ends of the room. Everyone around them were in complete since for a few moments, completely taken aback, before roaring in applaud. 

"Ladies and gentlemen, our dance king, Hong Eunki" announced the self proclaimed mc, however, Eunki had forgotten his surroundings, full attention on the auburn haired boy in front of him. 

"Your beautiful..." Slipped Eunki upon approaching the other. 

The other laughed, "Sorry?" 

"I...oh my god, I meant that. The dancing. That's beautiful. I mean that's not to say you ar--"

"You're speaking too fast I can't understand" the other laughed, a slight accent behind his words. "I'm Zhu ZhengTing. Jung Jung, you can call me that" he smiled with a small bow and Eunki swore he'd never seen anything more pure in his life, an angel, he was seeing an angel. "I think this is where you tell me your name?"

"Oh...oh yeah! Sorry, Eunki. Hong Eunki." Eunki fumbled, speaking a little too fast and slowing himself at the end. "You're a foreigner?" 

Jung Jung nodded slowing, unsure if he definitely understood, "I'm visiting from China, I go back tomorrow." 

Eunki immediately felt heavy again, "oh...", he thought for a moment, silence surrounded them for a minute, he could feel the innocent gaze, he searched for something, anything, to say only to chocked out; "How about we exchange num-" Eunki turned around to face the Chinese angel only to see his presence had somehow left during the silence. Damn. He'd found his source of passion just for a second, but, it was gone.
