"Well, look who I ran into" crowed Coincidence. 

"Please" flirted Fate, "this was meant to be" 

The old bearded teacher closed his book and stared at the little girl sitting in front of him. "So that is the difference between coincidence and fate" 

The little girl formed a smile. "So it's like, when you meet someone by coincidence, you think of it as a result of a million possibilities that could happen, but in fate, you believe that there could be no other than that person?"

"Yes, that's right. You are a smart girl" 

"Thank you" The little girl had her head slightly bowed. A bashful smile replaced her previously innocent one. "When I grow up, I want to meet and fall in love with someone by fate, teacher"

"Too young to talk about that" The teacher used his palm to caress the young maiden's head.

The little girl altered her gaze to a certain purple flower in her garden, not aware that her lips were still turning up involuntarily.
