Chapter 1
"Whoever I meet, I look for you"

 

Practice is finally over and everyone's starting to pack up their things and head back to the dorm...except Lee Geon, who wants to stay a bit longer to practice his singing parts (since he's the main vocal, that's understandable). No one really notices that Lee Geon isn't following them back, until they get back to the dorm. Juhyeon, who is the first one through the front door, stumbles in, ditches his shoes and backpack randomly on the floor, not caring that the other members are coming in after him.

"Aiish!!, Hyung!!, screams an annoyed Jaeho, while tripping over Juhyeon's stuff.
"Abooyaaah!?!??!", Juhyeon mumbles while crashing down, stomach first on the couch in the livingroom next to the front door.
"Watch where you ditch your stuff next time, babo. Thanks to you, I'm probably getting a bruise.", says an annoyed Jaeho while throwing Juhyeon's backpack at him.
Juhyeon sits up, messes up his hair in a cute way while staring at Jaeho..."Aahh, mianhaee..I'm just exhausted from practice. Didn't really pay attention." Jaeho's angry stare at him makes him bring out his aegyo, which has no effect on Jaeho since he's the maknae, yet he still let's out a little smile. That smile quickly turns serious when he hears the leader's voice. "Yaah!! Where's Lee Geon?!" ..  Everyone completely freezes, like they'd be doing the mannequin challenge all of a sudden. They re-think their every move from the practice room to the dorm. .."Yaah!! Didn't you hear me?! Where is he?!" ... "Aaahh, mollaa..stop screaming, hyung", Jota answers tiredly. "Don't tell me what to do", mumbles leader Sangbae. He may be the leader but he doesn't enjoy yelling at his fellow members. It makes him feel bad, they're like family to him. "Mabye he's still back at the practice room?", Daewon yells from the kitchen, preparing something to eat. "Aiish, I'll go back and check. I'll be back within an hour. Don't mess up our dorm while I'm gone. Allright, kids?", he says a bit jokingly, closing the door behind him.



- Back at the practice room -

Lee Geon can't be found anywhere. "Where df is he?", the leader mumbles to himself.

"Lee Geon!!"
"Geoniiee!!"
"Where are you?!", Moos yells around their practice room area. His voice echoing throughout the hallways.

Their practice area is pretty big, with many different rooms for example dance, music producing and singing. He sees a dim light shine through a almost closed door at the end of the hallway. He walks towards it, hoping to find Lee Geon. Suddenly, a beautiful voice can be heard, leaving goosebumps all over the leader's arms and neck. "Is he still practicing?" .. "Isn't he tired?", the leader thinks to himself. He reaches the almost closed door and carefully peeps through the door crack. There he is.. The extremely cute boy with the most beautiful voice. "He looks so tired", he mumbles to himself. He's singing his part in their song "Emptiness".

"Your smiling face, the way you talk that resembles me"
"Whoever I meet, I look for you"
"Even in my dreams, I hurt over your empty seat"
"I toss and turn then I wake up" ~

Hearing his beautiful voice, in this way, right now when no one else is around makes the leader feel shy somehow. His cheeks begin to heat up, he can feel goosebumps all over his body. The leader leans a bit to much on the door which makes it open with a loud cracking noice. Lee Geon stops singing in shock when he sees the reflection of Moos in the mirror. - (the door is visible in the mirror) - .. Lee Geon quickly turns around, meeting the other's gaze. After a few seconds of just staring at each other, Lee Geon asks..

"Why are you here, hyung?" 
"Shouldn't I be the one asking you that?", the leader says in a shy and concerned voice.
"Aaah.. you're right"
"I wanted to practice my vocals so I stayed a bit longer"
"I'm sorry if I made you all worry for nothing", Lee Geon nervously responded. 
"You don't have to apologize, Geoniiee"
"Geoniiee...I still cringe when he calls me that. He's the only one calling me that also..", Lee Geon thinks to himself.

"Aren't you tired?
"Let's go back to the dorm", the leader says with a shy and tired voice.
"A bit...", Lee Geon answers, followed by a big yawn.
"Come on then.."
"Let me just go grab my stuff.."
"Fine.. but hurry. I'm tired"
"Arasso, hyung..", Lee Geon pouts his lips, running to get his stuff.

When they finally arrive back at the dorm, all the others had fallen asleep in their rooms.

"Are you hungry?", the leader asks the now pretty sleepy Lee Geon.
"A little...", he answers.
"Let me cook something for you while you rest"
"You don't have to do that. I can cook for myself"
"You look exhausted, please just relax and let me.."
"Fine...", Lee Geon pouts his lips in response.

Lee Geon lays down on their couch in the livingroom. He didn't want to fall asleep, just rest his eyes for a few minutes. Those "few minutes" turned out to be pretty long.. when 5 minutes later, the leader finished cooking and had placed the dish nicely on a plate and was bringing it to him only to find a curled up to a ball, deep sleeping Geoniiee. Moos didn't want to wake the other so he put the food in the fridge with a little note on it, saying "ONLY for Lee Geon" ... "Hopefully he'll eat it tomorrow", he mumbles to himself. He then gets a blanket from his room and gently covers the younger with it. The leader didn't want to leave him alone in the livingroom so he sat down on the floor, placed his arms on the couch, next to Geoniiee's legs and layed his head on his arms, staring up at the younger's face.

"Why are you so pretty?", he mumbles to himself before drifting of to sleep.
 

That one day, concert and fanmeet surely changed the leader's thoughts of the younger.

The fanservice part will probably be revealed in the next chapter. I don't exactly know why but I didn't want to begin with it (the fanservice part) because I thought it would be kind of boring and whatnot. I'm sorry if that was what y'all were expecting. Don't worry though, the fanservice thang will ofc be revealed.  ^^ Otherwise this fanfic would have no meaning, haha.

Molla - I don't know (used in an informal way)
Arasso - understood/understand/okay? (can be used in different ways, depending on the situation etc)
Mianhae - sorry

I think y'all know them three words but I put translations for them anyway, just in case. xD And I think y'all know "aiish", "hyung", "aboyaaah" and "babo". But If you don't, feel free to ask or google it, haha. ^^
