2:30pm; Narita International Airport

  Myoui Mina officially declared that she detest going to airports unless she'll be the one who'll be going somewhere. The constant sound of heels clicking and shoes frantically stepping onto the white spotless tiles of Narita airport filled her head with sadness and annoyance. The smell of December air does not entice her spirits, yet alone the lingering aroma of coffee nearby. Unusual, as Mina lives for coffee and December is her favorite month of the year.    But the real reason Myoui Mina hates the airport is because she'll be sending someone off. Someone who is dear to her, her companion, her best friend, her lover. Mina reluctantly followed her boyfriend's footsteps and she just focused herself looking to his brown velvet shoes. She gave it to him as a present last year. He's fond of anything velvet and he was so happy to receive one from her.   "Minaaa." Toru stopped walking and hugged her moping girlfriend. "Minaaa." He smiled and kissed Mina's forehead. Toru can't help his self. His girlfriend is so adorably cute right now and it has always been his weakness. But behind her cuteness is a sad eyes. Toru hates it when he sees Mina's sad eyes but he hates it more when he is the sole reason behind it.   "Minaaa." He cooed again for the third time and looked at her and smiled. It was Mina's eyes that had caught his attention 3 years ago. His band was not that popular yet but they are starting to gain attention. It was also December when he first lay his eyes on her and fell in love ever since.    "I'll be back soon. I promise." Toru kissed her hand. A sudden tear slowly fall down on Mina's cheek and Toru wiped it using his thumb.    "But we always celebrate your birthday together." Mina's tears continue to fall. Mina knows she's being childish right now but the pain in her heart cannot be dismissed and denied. It is true, they always celebrate Toru's birthday together. It has become their tradition, to go to the moon festival but this year proved to be different. With One Ok Rock's skyrocketing popularity, demands must be met. More commitments must be done and much time has to be sacrificed. Including Toru's precious time with his girlfriend. It's also painful for Toru's part but there's nothing he can do but he is thankful though. Mina has always been patient and kind. He love her more for that.    "I know. I know." Toru smiled at her girlfriend. "I'll come back before Christmas, okay? We'll celebrate it together."   "But Taka always kidnaps you and he won't even bring me because its boy's night out." Mina pouted and wiped her tears. "And he's always texting me saying you're cheating with some blonde american you've met in LA."    Toru gave Mina an incredulous looked but he laughed at her anyway. "You believed him?"    "Of course not! But it annoys me sometimes." Mina scrunch her nose that is now color red.    Toru scooted closer and whispered something in Mina's ear. "Well, Taka is just envious because he haven't had a girlfriend for 5 years now. Or a stable one at least." Toru winked. "Don't mind him. I'll give him a good punch later."    Mina smiled and hugged Toru so tight, like its gonna be their last encounter. "Don't look at other girls! Especially blondes! Don't even take a picture with them! I forgive you last time with that Nancy thing but don't ever do that again!" Mina lightly punch Toru's arm.    Toru chuckled at Mina's cute antics. He pinched both Mina's cheeks. "I only love you, okay?" Those words still made Mina's heart skip a beat. It has been 3 years but nothing's change.
