Jongin was seething.

Three months! That's preposterous!

His physical therapist's words rang in his ear again.

"I''m afraid it's a grade two sprain of the ATFL." He had said while staring at the MRI film with a serious expression on his face. Jongin wouldn't know for the world what the hell that meant. He didn't care what four letters of the alphabet of his ankle is broken as long as he's up and about in no time.

"This type of an injury tends to be recurrent and therefore needs extensive rehabilitation."

"But don't worry. You'll be back to full functioning in three months."

Physical therapist had announced happily.

Jongin stared angrily at his ankle now enclosed in a protective brace.

The damn thing had a whole year to break but it had to choose right this time to break. Stupid thing.

Having an ankle injury around this time was the worst case scenario he could ever imagine.

Not only was he in the middle of his EXO concert series but also they would soon be starting promo for Lotto, their next album.

The workaholic he is, he is worried about work. Sure. But this time it wasn't missing out on the concerts or the promo that he was worried about. Concerts and promo will come again and again and again. But there was this one thing that will not come again if he missed out on this one.

SM's Hawaii trip!!

Gosh. For ever so long he had been looking forward to getting away to Hawaii with his labelmates. Pools, massages, chicks in skimpy bikinis had filled his thoughts for the past couple of weeks. And now they all just seem to be a passing fantasy vanishing right before his eyes.

There was not a single thing that he could be happy about this drastic turn of events. Not a thing. Whoever invented the saying there's a silver lining in every dark cloud should be such a dunce. There's no such silver lining in every dark cloud as the dude thought. Not at all. That much is crystal clear to him now-

Crystal.

Krystal.

Soojung.

His eyes fluttered open.

Soojung isn't going as well. Of course not. Ever since Jessica got kicked out of SNSD, Krystal had made it her life's purpose to stay clear of SNSD. There's no way she's sharing an enormous hotel with them.

Perhaps he should get away somewhere with her. Somewhere they can have a little alone time for themselves.

Jongin could feel the smirk forming on his lips.

There seems to be a silver lining in even the darkest of the clouds afterall.

The dude was a genius!

Aagh. Agh. mmm.....

Kai was in another world. A blissful, glamorous world.

Agh.mmmm...

He was . So was she.

They were both ecstatic in their ride together.

She was on top. Her hair was making a curtain around him.

"Oh my gosh! " Krystal fell on to bed next to him with a thump.

They lay there for a while reminiscing the events happened within the past hour, their breaths erratic.

He had managed to get away with Soojung to a resort in a remote area yesterday. This past day had been other worldly. It was heaven. Jonging can already feel that this was turning out to be an amazing getaway and he was so looking forward to the rest of their stay.

"I'm gonna go and pee." Soojung announced and dragged herself off the bed towards the bathroom.

Jonging raised his head slightly and stared at her self. She really had a body to kill for eventhough Jonging felt that that beauty was a little marred by her bow legs. But whatever. Everyone has faults.

These past 6 months had been a dream come true for him. He had always watched her from afar and loved her from afar. She was too high up the hierarchy. She was famous, rich, a member of a famous group. She was a goddess. While he.... well he was a mere trainee struggling for a spot in the next boy band.

And then he debuted and before he realized he was a bigger star than he ever hoped to become. World was at his fingertips. So was she.

He knew he had done well. He had snatched away the SM's princess. He had made her his. She's everything he had ever wished for.

Jonging lay his head on his pillow and stared at the ceiling.

Then why did he feel like something was missing in their relationship.
