“Open the door. Like right now” then she hangs up and puts her phone back in her pocket. It would probably get wet from the rain but she doesn’t care. Her mind is only set for one thing

 

 

 

 

 

“Ah, !” due to unforeseen circumstances, her precious blue umbrella flew away from civilisation. The gods must really hate her up there

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

“YAH SON SEUNGWAN ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND?” she sees Joohyun at their front door, wearing a purple sweater, from what seungwan remembers is from her, and some cute bunny slippers

 

 

 

 

 

“I, I JUST WANT TO SAY SOMETHING!” she yells over the loud rain

 

 

 

“CAN YOU PLEASE GET INSIDE?”

 

 

 

 

 

“No! I’ll say it here!” she walks up closer to their front yard

 

 

 

 

 

“You’re insane son seungwan!” she yells

 

 

 

 

“Yes I am! I’m insanely in love with you. I still am! After all these months, who would’ve thought that I would still be running back to you?!” Seungwan didn’t know if it was the rain, or if her eyes were really tearing up

 

 

 

 

 

 

“I WAS STUPID! I WAS STUPID ENOUGH TO LEAVE YOU LIKE THAT. I WAS STUPID ENOUGH TO EVEN LET YOU GO. EVEN IF I SHOULDN’T” at this point, joohyun was trying to contain her own emotions as she wipes a lone tear

 

 

 

 

 

 

“I-I don’t know seungwan. Yo- you hurt me. A-and, YOU CAN’T JUST SHOW UP LIKE THIS AND TELLING ME YOU WANT ME BACK!” 

 

 

 

 

 

 

“I- I KNOW BUT-” at this point, seungwan didn’t know what to do. She didn’t know what was worse, her getting all kinds of sickness after the rain, or her never getting joohyun back ever again

“But i needed to. I needed to go with my family to canada. I needed to be the good girl, but i guess i wasn’t, since all i ever did back there was think of you and how i should’ve stayed” seungwan was nearing the front porch and she couldn’t believe it

“S-seungwan..” she could now clearly hear that joohyun finally broke her damn wall, she was sobbing, face on both of her hands

 

 

 

 

 

“Joohyun…” wendy grabs her hands and covers them with hers

 

 

 

 

“Please, give me another chance, i’ll prove it to you, to your friends, to your family, and even to the whole damn world, that I am so in love with you. Please, give ‘us’ another shot” at this point, seungwan almost wanted to kneel on the cold cement floor, if it meant bringing joohyun back

 

 

 

 

 

 

“O-okay…..” she weakly mumbles, and stares at seungwan’s swollen eyes, mirroring her own

 

 

 

 

“Y-you will?” seungwan’s eyes started to brighten

 

 

 

 

“I’m still in love with you seungwan, it never changed, and it never will” she points at her heart, smiling weakly

 

 

 

 

Seungwan squeals in joy as she picks irene up from the ground and spins them around the rain, pouring just slightly, just like a movie scene

 

 

 

 

 

 

“YAH! PUT ME DOWN SEUNGWAN!!” their laughter could be heard echoing and harmonising with the rain itself

 

 

 

 

“Remember when you dragged me outside just because you want to experience how kissing in the rain would feel like?” seungwan pressed their foreheads together, smiles almost merging with each other. Joohyun meekly nodded

 

 

 

 

 

“Want me to refresh your mind?” she giggles and leans in to meet with the other’s lips. It feels just like their very first. Full of love and excitement, and a little bit of sweetness 

 

 

 

 

 

They pull apart for air as seungwan buries her head on the crook of joohyun’s neck

 

 

 

 

“Never let me go Joohyun…”

 

 

 

 

 

“I won’t. Not this time” she assures” 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Amidst the couple’s little movie impromptu, a girl was heard honking her car horn from afar

 

 

 

 

 

“GOOD JOB SPORT!!” she sees wendy look at her incredulously so she gives her a quick thumbs up before driving away
