"So you snapped at Jiyong while he was telling you off."

"It wasn't really snapping, hyung, I just... talk back a little."

Seunghyun had always find Seungri adorable. Daesungie may be his favorite dongsaeng but Little Seunghyun has always been the cutest among his dongsaengs. Youngbae had his motherly affection, Jiyong had his androgynous beauty, Daesungie had his ever present smile that encouraged everyone, but Seungri has always been the cutest.

Especially when he was fidgeting under Seunghyun's gaze like that.

Seunghyun put down the whiskey he'd been drinking onto the table, exhaling deeply. "Which you never do, at all. You don't talk back when Jiyong nags you, never. What changes?" In the course of their years together, Seungri has always been clear to the world that he loved Jiyong the best. He loved all his hyungs, Seunghyun himself included, but Jiyong was- is special. "Well..." Seungri mumbled, but Seunghyun only quirked an eyebrow to let him continue. "I was... trying something out and I slipped when Jiyong-hyung was talking to me."

"Try something out?" Seunghyun repeated, asking for an elaboration. Seungri nodded. "I didn't really want to show this to anyone until I can do better, but..." Seungri mumbled, then he looked at Seunghyun straight in the eyes and smiled giddily. "I just got a movie deal in Japan." Which... isn't relevant to what he said before, but Seunghyun poured their drinks and offered a toast. "Congrats, Little Seunghyun! Yaaa you've become a successful man now." Seungri didn't say anything, but the sheepish smile on his face amused Seunghyun to no end, just as the smile he had when President Yang let him have solo debut had amused Youngbae years ago. They had a toast and a minute of silence before Seungri continued his answer.

"I'm doing method acting to bring life to the man that is Lee Changson, leader of the Korean mafia."

"Ah, I see, I think I am quite familiar with that method. Why don't you show it to me?" Seungri stared at him like he had seen a ghost. "Don't worry, I won't laugh at you. We're both actors, after all." The maknae seemed satisfied with that answer, so he nodded, closed his eyes, and took a deep breath before letting silence took over their table.

Seunghyun saw the changes--the small details that he noticed Seungri never does. His dongsaeng sat up straight on his chair, hands deftly smoothing the collar of the shirt he was wearing until it was pristine and not crooked. He opened his eyes and smiled.

But it wasn't Seungri's smile of pure joy or utter resignment. It was... new, odd. It felt unfamiliar. Seungri eyed him from the top of his head to the fingers he'd been using to hold the whiskey shot, unreadable but radiating pure amusement. Like Seunghyun was some... attraction to see. 

"I must say that it's a pleasure to meet a handsome man like you." His voice was smooth, speaking in polite speech with a hint of amusement in his syllables and it made Seunghyun shudder. Seungri was never so... immaculate in his speech. He talked a lot so sometimes details are lost in the wind but this... this Seungri was different. 

Seungri let the silence hang, eyes carefully on his figure and nothing else. It was as if the moment he decided to make sudden movements, Seungri would pounce on him with no hesitation. "Well? Are you going to stare at me all day or are you going to ask questions?" Seungri leaned back, postures relaxed and yet so... guarded. "Who are you?" Seunghyun asked.

"My name is Lee Changson." The smile on the man's face was definitely Seungri's, but there was something else, something Seunghyun couldn't quite place that just irked him. It was not a warm smile but it was cheerful and sweet, sickeningly sweet. "I am the heir of the Changson family; anything other than that? Well," he gave a low chuckle as he took another shot of whiskey. "I am not at liberty to say." 

Seunghyun decided that he didn't like this. He didn't like the platinum blond hair and the sly smile and the mannerism of the man in front of him. Everything about Lee Changson screamed 'bad' and Seunghyun really thought he should applaud Seungri for being such genius. 

Really, is there anything that rascal couldn't do?

"Okay that's enough, Seungri-ah, I've seen enough." 

But Lee Changson did not leave.

He stood up from his chair, eyes narrowing but lips still quirked upwards like Seunghyun had amused him, and walked over to his chair. The man then sat on top of armrest and tilt Seunghyun's chin towards his direction and frowned. "Don't make me leave so soon, hyungnim. I..." He then took a deep breath and exhaled.

"Okay that was too daring, even for me," Seungri said with a sigh. "Sorry hyung, I got too carried away." Seungri let go of his chin, stepped away from his armrest, and bowed a perfect 90 degrees bow in apology. Seunghyun nodded, telling him that it was okay, and he also told Seungri about how much of a good actor he was. But it gave him chills to see his maknae be a person so different from the one he knew for all these years. Seunghyun had seen Little Seunghyun, an ambitious boy from Gwangju who had such determined eyes it almost swallow Daesung whole; Seunghyun had seen Seungri, the boy whose curious hands tried to touch and create and do so much with such utter confidence and propulsion that nobody had seen in years; but never in his life did Seunghyun ever see Lee Changson...

In a way, that made him realize that Seungri was such a good actor, but in the other hand...

He was worried that Seungri wouldn't be able to stop Lee Changson from being another part of him... permanently.
