Welcome to our humble abode where we appreciate all who decide to give us a glance. Please read carefully, follow the rules, respect others, and enjoy.

We have but a few rules here, so please read carefully. Failure to follow will result in your request(s) regarding your person will be denied permanently.
1) Please fill out the forum to your best ability. The more details and images you provide, the more we have to work with when making the piece that you desire.
2) We have the right to deny your request if we believe our skills or ideas are not or will not sufficiently match your request. We do apologize if this happens, but we cannot appease everyone.
3) Credit. You will credit us in your story, no ifs, ands, or buts. We spent time to make your piece, so the least you can do is take a little time to give us the credit we so rightfully deserve.
4) Patience. We have our own lives and jobs. Each work we will be providing will be different to our best ability, so give us time to finish the product.
5) Comment. We acknowledge both praise and criticism in our works. Moreover, we would also like to know if you've received your request so our work is not laying around quite uselessly.
6) Do not edit our work. If any changes need to be made, please contact us.
7) Thank you for your patience and time.

These are a few extra 'rules' we have in place if you are interested in reading them. It is for those of you that are rather meticulous and wish to know other details pertaining to requests. If you wish to ensure that your request will not be rejected, please read this.
1) No more than 5 characters per poster. A band, regardless of size, counts as 3 people. We will not do more than one band per request.
2) Please make sure that the pictures you provide are at least 500x500 pixels and high quality images; preferably unedited ones. Failure to provide images, period, can result in the rejection of your request.
3) Our works do not cost you anything but the time you use to fill out our form.
4) Please save a copy of the poster you receive as a just in case.
5) If your story already has or had a poster, we will not make a poster for your story. The same goes for requesting at another shop when you request at our shop (at the same time): we will not make a poster if you've requested elsewhere. The only exceptions are if your poster is a self-made piece or the shop you requested at says you may replace their work after a period of time.
6) We want to keep our personal lives private, so please respect our privacy as we will not answer personal questions. Please do not be offended, but we are doing this because we have a general interest in the K-pop fandom and graphic design. Thank you!
7) We will skip requests we cannot create ideas for, and we have the option to skip requests if you fail to follow our rules.
8) Please only submit one request at a time. If you refuse to listen to this, we will opt to only do one of those submitted requests and you will have to resubmit a new form if you'd like a poster.
9) We send out alerts when your posters are up via PM. If your wall is private, you will not receive one. If we do PM you, please ensure that you take the time to respond to us in both the PM and in a comment below so we know you have received your piece and there are no issues with it.
10) If there are any issues, please remember that we want to keep it private so if you need us for any particular reason (i.e. redo, fix a minor object or something on the poster, etc.) please send us a private message.
11) We do not accept requests for any site or assignment. We only do requests for stories on AsianFanFics.
12) We do keep a blacklist privately to ourselves. If you fail to follow too many rules or personally incite our anger, we will blacklist you.
