Hanbin slowly opened his eyes as he looked around the room only to find it empty

“Where did she go?” he muttered as his eyes shifted on the small gift box besides the table

“What’s this?” he muttered as he opened the box to find a Mickey-mouse keychain holding a choco-cone with the words – I love you, some Mickey-mouse band-aids and a coupon for free choco-cones.

“What’s up with this?” he chuckled as he opened the paper, Bi’s neat handwriting which didn’t write much, just a paragraph.

Annyeong. Mianhae that I’m gone so suddenly, I’ll just make the letter short.

For being with me for this short period of time and for taking care of me – thank you so much. You are more than a boyfriend to me, you are my life…you are someone I love very much.

I’m sorry if I have been selfish and dragged you away from your dream, I must be really bad. I know there has been nothing that I could do for you, but I promise I will, one day.

Hanbin immediately got out of the house and headed to the hospital first thing, he didn’t know where to search for her.

Memories of them flashed in his mind as tears streamed down his face

“…After everything that we’ve been through” he muttered

Hanbin called Bobby who answered almost immediately

“Oh Bin-ah” Bobby answered

“Where are you?” Hanbin asked worriedly

“At the hospital, why?” Bobby asked
“Is Bi with you?” he asked, hoping for a ‘yes’

“…we thought she was with you” Bobby answered as Hanbin panicked

“She’s gone hyung, I don’t know where to find her” he said breaking down

“Bin-ah, come to the hospital immediately, we’ll think of something” Bobby said as Hanbin nodded

“I-I’ll be th-there” he said hanging up.

By the time Hanbin reached the hospital, the boys and Bi’s parents were already present as Hanbin ran to them

“Any news of Bi?!” he asked as the boys looked worriedly at him

“Bin-ah, we have to tell you something” Bi’s mom said as Hanbin looked at her

“Tell me what?” Hanbin asked as Bi’s mom sighed

“Bi is gone” her mom said as Hanbin looked at her

“Gone where?” Hanbin asked, his eyes getting teary, as Bi's mom looked at him

“To the States” she answered as Hanbin looked at them
“F-for what?” he asked

“It was her decision…we promised her not to tell you but we did, apart from that we can’t tell you anything” his uncle said Hanbin looked at them

“Why would she leave?” Hanbin asked as Bobby gave his a light squeeze on his shoulder.

“Please tell me where to find her…I promise I’ll bring her back” Hanbin begged as his uncle sighed and walked towards his nephew

“Please” he said getting on his knees as tears streamed down his face

“Bin-ah, we really don’t know either…we just agreed to meet once in a while” his uncle said as Hanbin sobbed

“Why?” he cried.
