I just recently came across this and must I say I'm really amazed because it's not so much cringeworthy like some of the fluff stories around but I think it's suffice to say that it's wonderful. The story will give you some angst so please prepare yourself with some pain killers for your heart ㅠㅠ 

Some medical terms might not be so familiar if you're not into the medical field or watching Grey's Anatomy, but then again the author said that she just got some terms from Grey's anatomy

I also like this story because I think it's well written considering myself as a grammar Nazi and very peculiar with words
