Agent Do Kyungsoo

Agent Do Kyungsoo's Greatest Mission.

Kyungsoo swiped his ID card on the flashing green screen and watched as the giant metal door quickly flew open. He tucked his ID back in his pocket and placed his hands behind his back before walking in. The door shut loudly behind him making him jump a bit, he could never get used to it. He spotted his team leader, Jongdae, and headed towards his seat at the long meeting table.

“I heard you have a new mission for me sir.”

“Why yes I do Kyungsoo. You can drop formalities it’s only you and me in here right now.”

“Ok then what the hell do you want you pain in my .” Kyungsoo slumped in his seat and put his legs up on the table.

“Love you too.” Jongdae spat sarcastically. “Before I send you on this mission I need to see something. Put this on.”

He slides a long black wig across the table.

“What the hell is this? Are you playing a prank on me again?”

“No! It’s an undercover job so put the freaking wig on already!”

Kyungsoo slid the wig on and looked at Jongdae with an annoyed face.

“Oh my god. You don’t even need makeup to look like a girl! You actually look like a teenage girl! A flat-chested one, but a girl no less.”

“I knew you were playing a prank on me!” Kyungsoo ripped off the wig and threw it at his boss/best friend.

“No this is actually apart of the job. Follow me.”

Kyungsoo reluctantly followed Jongdae to the mission room and the large screen on the wall at the far end of the room. Kyungsoo took a seat and prepared for his briefing.

“I’m sure you have heard of the prestigious Seoul High Boarding school located in Seoul, South Korea.”

“Wow Seoul High is in Seoul. I never would have guessed.”

“Stop it with the sarcasm and listen to your briefing damn it!” Jongdae composed himself before continuing. “Some of the richest kids in all of Asia attend this school. Currently the school has a clique containing some of the most famous of the students. There is Sehun, Minseok, Baekhyun, and Jongin-”

“Oh the last one was hot!” Jongdae glared at Kyungsoo. “Ok,ok I’m sorry.”

“All four are currently being targeted and we honestly don’t know who, but we can assume they’re after their money. I need you to become friends with them and protect them.”

“How does any of that have to do with me looking like a girl?”

“They don’t let any other guy’s into their group. The only people capable of getting close to them are girls, so we need you to disguise yourself. We have an entire wardrobe and your uniform has already been prepared. We have made sure you will be rooming alone.”

“What about my voice?”

“I was hoping you’d ask that.” Jongdae smirked and pulled a small box from his pocket. “Inside that box is a small microchip. Place it on the roof of your mouth and add some light pressure, it will immediately latch on. It may hurt when it initially connects and disconnects, but you shouldn’t feel any discomfort whilst wearing it. It will make you sound like an adorable, perky seventeen year old and not old and grumpy like you.”

“You seem to forget that I am only nineteen.”

“It’s not my fault you act like an angry grandpa.”

“Get the plane ready, I’ll start my mission right away.”

“Already did. One more thing though. Get the closest to Kim Jongin. He seems to have the most targets on his head.”

“How lucky! I have to get close to the hottest one~”

Kyungsoo unpacked the multitude of skirts and dresses. He ran his hands over his smooth arms and legs. He honestly didn’t have much hair to begin with, so he just saved the small amount he had. As much as he didn’t want to dress as a girl, he would still take his job seriously. He sat down on the stiff bed and stared at the ceiling. He had never been in a normal school before. He had been trained since he was a small child to be an amazing spy. He was still quite clumsy and wasn’t very stealthy, but he was dedicated and everyone could see that. He rested his head on the pillow and shut his eyes praying that this mission would work out as well as they usually do.

The loud alarm abruptly awoke Kyungsoo from his peaceful sleep. He shot up and began to get ready for work. His buttoned up the crisp, white blouse and tied the red plaid bow around his collar. He slipped on the red, plaid skirt and quickly put on black tights on underneath after feeling too exposed. He slipped on some combat boots because he was told they were stylish, yet very functionable. He put on the long flowing wig and pressed a button on the remote that came with it. The wig tightened to his scalp. He pulled some of it up and realized that he couldn’t even wear all of it up because it truly looked like his hair. He ended up pulling it into a ponytail because having his hair down would just be an inconvenience. Finally he came to the part he was truly dreading. The microchip. He hesitantly placed on the roof of his mouth and took a deep breath before applying pressure. There was a searing pain and he tasted a small amount of blood.

“Testing one two three~” Kyungsoo let out a sweet, melodic voice that shocked even himself.

He looked in the long mirror on his dorm room door before exiting and heading towards the main campus.

Kyungsoo shook a little bit in front of the class. He has never dealt with anything like this before. He only had classes one on one with his teachers, he’s never seen so many teenagers at once before.

“Students we have a transfer student. Her name is Do Kyungsoo. Please treat her well.” The homeroom teacher, Mr.Kim, informed his students.

“I’ll definitely treat her well!” One of the students cat-called from the back of the room.

Kyungsoo shot a glare at the boy, but he just continued to call the poor boy feisty. Kyungsoo stormed back and kicked his seat over sending the student toppling over.

“Don’t mess with me!” Kyungsoo yelled.

He realized how feminine his voice sounded when he yelled. He wished it sounded more threatening. From now on he would have to lower his voice, not raise it. The student shot up and grabbed Kyungsoo by the throat before lifting him up in the air.  Kyungsoo fought back, but he couldn’t break free. It didn’t make sense. He may be a clutz, but he’s a strong fighter. He glanced towards Mr.Kim for help, but he was currently running out of the room. Kyungsoo kicked his feet and struggled.

“Say you’re sorry .”

“Never.” Kyungsoo choked out.

Suddenly a loud bang was heard and everyone turned their horrified attention towards the door. In walked the four that Kyungsoo was supposed to be keeping an eye on.

“Hey what the hell do you think you’re doing in my classroom?” Jongin yelled.

The boy dropped his hold on Kyungsoo’s neck. Kyungsoo looked up to see his assailant's face was extremely pale, almost ghost like. Jongin nodded his head towards Baekhyun and the boy walked forward. He wore a devilish grin that sent shivers down Kyungsoo’s spine.

“You know this is the class Jongin likes to sleep in, yet you’re causing a ruckus? Do you want to get killed?” The boy quickly shook his head in response. “Then get lost.”

The boy did as he was told and ran out of the room. Two seconds ago he was choking Kyungsoo and now he was acting like a scolded child. Baekhyun knelt down to Kyungsoo who was watching from his seat on the floor.

“Are you okay?” Baekhyun offered his hand.

“Uhm, yes. Thank you.”

“Not a big deal. I was mainly helping out my buddy Jongin, but it’s always a plus to help a cute girl in the process.” Baekhyun winked.

For a bit Kyungsoo forgot that he was dressed as a girl, despite his high pitched voice. He just laughed awkwardly and tried to pretend he liked the compliment.

“Why did the homeroom teacher run away?”

“Well clearly, you’re new here so you probably don’t know what it’s like here.” Minseok chirped from the back. “Everyone here is split up into groups. It’s a dog eat dog world here, so even if you’re at the bottom of the food chain you’ll still need people to protect you and stand up for you. The teachers themselves are afraid of the students. We are rich and have power, we have nothing to lose. It also doesn’t help that we are usually bored as hell. So I suggest you get in a group quick cutie, before the wolves eat you up.”

“Thank you for your advice, but I can take care of myself.”

“Yeah ‘cause you were totally taking care of yourself just now.” Sehun muttered.

Kyungsoo shot a glare his way that made Baekhyun coo.

“You’re so cute and feisty! I love it! I have a good idea, how about you join our group?”

“No I’m fine.”

“I think you should.” Jongin, who had been sleeping at his desk, finally spoke up. “You’re pretty cute so I approve.”

“Wipe that smirk off your face, you look constipated.” Kyungsoo spat, trying to hide the fact that the smirk was affecting him in ways it shouldn’t.

All the boys burst out laughing.

“Yeah it’s official, you have to join us! Luckily we carry our mark with us at all times.” Jongin smiled. His smile was even worse than his smirk.

“What the hell is a mark?”

A mischievous grin appeared on Baekhyun’s face as he pulled a metal cylinder out of his pocket.

“Think about it like branding, just as painful and permanent, but usually prettier. Are symbol is a lotus flower.”

“Wow. Real manly.”

Jongin chuckled at Kyungsoo’s sarcasm.

“Well are you joining or not? You don’t have to if you’re scared.” Baekhyun teased.

“I’m not afraid of anything. Bring it on.”  Kyungsoo rolled up his sleeve.

Baekhyun grabbed his arm and forced the metal cylinder onto Kyungsoo’s pale skin, at first he felt nothing and stared at the boy across from him with un-amused eyes. Then Baekhyun pressed down onto a button on the top and it began heating up.

“Holy ! WHAT THE HELL! GET IT OFF!”

“All done~” Baekhyun and the others burst out laughing.

Jongin got up and ruffled Kyungsoo’s hair.

“Welcome to the family cutie.”

“Family?”

“We are like a family. We protect each other like a real one.”

“What if I don’t fit in well enough with you guys?”

“Where have you been the last couple of minutes? You fit in perfectly.”

Kyungsoo let go of a sweet heart-shaped smile and giggled lightly. He really did feel quite comfortable, though also annoyed, with these boys. He could see himself becoming good friends with them. If only he saw the tan boy beside him blushing furiously. It seems like Jongin isn’t the only one with a highly effective smile.

    “Kyungsoo!”

Kyungsoo turned to see Jongin running towards him with two drinks in his hands. The boy arrived in front of him out of breath and with a large smile on his face. He offered the drink with a small ‘for you’ and went to open his.

“Uh Jongin I would wait for-”

The shaken pop exploded all over Kyungsoo’s shirt. He just had to be facing the can away from him.

“Really?” Kyungsoo glared at Jongin.

“Uh I think the nurse has extra shirts! Until then wear this!” He took his own shirt off leaving his abs in clear view.

Kyungsoo grabbed the shirt and commanded the boy to turn around, and if he dared to peek there would be severe consequences. Jongin’s shirt was way too big on Kyungsoo, it stretched down to his knees and completely engulfed his hands. Although it offended his masculinity, he liked how protected and comforted he felt by its warmth and scent. He would be lying if he said he didn’t feel a special attraction towards Jongin, but of course he could never express it. He turned around and told Jongin that it was okay to look and then they were off to the nurses.

“So you don’t wear a bra huh?” Jongin smirked.

“You looked you bastard!” Kyungsoo kicked Jongin in the shin and began walking ahead of him.

“Wait hold up Soo! There’s nothing wrong with being flat chested!”

It had been three months since Kyungsoo had first ran into the four boys who are marked with a graceful lotus flower. He had become even closer to the them then he thought he would. Especially Jongin. They went practically everywhere together. Jongin always watched over Kyungsoo like a hawk. It was good because the main point of his mission was to become close with Jongin to protect him, but it seemed Jongin was protecting him. Kyungsoo also seemed to become the object of everyone’s affections. Guys of every grade were trailing after him like dogs. Kyungsoo thought that Jongin always protected him from the “suitors” because they treated each other like family, when in reality Jongin didn’t like the fact that people kept going after what “belonged” to him.

Jongin had become very attached and very possessive when it came to Kyungsoo in mere months. Sometimes it took him a year to become a close friend. In his eyes Kyungsoo was like a puppy, and Jongin loved puppies. He loved when Kyungsoo would smile at him, especially when he would aim that smile at him.

“I’m going to go change in the nurses real quick.” Kyungsoo’s smile turned into a glare. “Peek again and I’ll kill you.”

“Yes ma’am!” Jongin mocked a salute and laughed.

Kyungsoo slid open the doors and searched for the box full of extra school clothes. He began ing his shirt when he heard the sound of someone shuffling behind him. He turned to see the curtain that hid the bed rustling. He grabbed it and ripped it back to see one of his classmates hiding behind.

“Gun Jae! What are you doing?!” Kyungsoo screamed and covered his chest as if he actually had anything.

“I guess I just wanted a show. Besides, I can tell you like me. You’re sending all the signals.”

“What signals? Being nice to you is a signal!?”

The boy took one step forward and Kyungsoo took two back. Kyungsoo had made a strange observation that he needed to report to Jongdae. He has noticed that some of the students have abnormal strength, Jongin and Gun Jae were just two examples. Everyone just acted as if it was normal and all the girls would swoon when they practically punched holes through each other when they played dodgeball, Kyungsoo was the only one who found it odd. He has trained for years and although he was small and looked frail he could fight. He wasn’t the best fighter in the agency, he’s the brains, but that didn’t mean he couldn’t fend for himself. Recently though, he couldn’t fight against these guys. Gun Jae grabbed onto Kyungsoo’s wrist, unsurprisingly he couldn’t rip his arm out of the boy’s grip. Kyungsoo knew there was only one thing he could do.

“Jongin! Help!” Kyungsoo screamed at the top of his lungs.

Within a second the assailant's face paled and the room’s door slammed open. Jongin grabbed the Gun Jae by his collar and pulled him away from Kyungsoo in one swift movement. He pressed him against the wall and lowered his voice.

“I swear to god, if you ever try to touch or even look at Kyungsoo again, I will kill you.” The boy shook and nodded, letting Jongin know that he thoroughly understood his threat. “Now get lost.”

With that, the boy bursted out of the room and got as far away from Kim Jongin as he possibly could.

Jongin ran over to Kyungsoo who was now sitting on the floor holding his shirt together. Jongin kneeled down and rested his hands on Kyungsoo’s shoulders and looked at him with worried eyes.

“Are you ok? That bastard didn’t do anything did he?”

“No I’m okay, thanks to you.”

Jongin pulled Kyungsoo into a hug, which the latter was not expecting, and held tightly.

“You need to realize that you’re the cutest girl in this entire school. Make sure that either I or one of the guys is with you at all times. I don’t trust the bastards that go to this rotten school.”

Jongin released the hug and looked into the now blushing Kyungsoo’s eyes again. Kyungsoo nodded and thanked Jongin again whilst he helped him up.

“How about we head to the club room? I don’t think we’ll miss anything important in class.” Jongin smiled.

“I think that’s a great idea!”

Baekhyun jumped on Kyungsoo right when he got into the room. Kyungsoo glared and punched the boy in the gut.

“I missed you too Kyungie.” Baekhyun grunted.

“Stop calling me Kyungie.”

“Awe but it’s so cute~” Minseok teased.

“Not you too Minseok-ah.”

“You know something just hit me.” Sehun interjected. “Baekhyun and Minseok hyung are both older than you. You should call them oppa~”

“You shut your mouth Oh Sehun.” Kyungsoo growled.

“Did you just call me a !?”

“Shut up Sehunnie, Kyungie you should call us oppa! It would make you ten times cuter!” Baekhyun jumped with joy.

“No. It will never happen in your lifetime.” Kyungsoo was desperately fighting for his masculinity.

He already has to wear a skirt, long hair, and have a high pitched voice. It doesn’t help that Jongin is his protector all the time. He has to at least save himself from calling someone oppa.

“If you call us oppa then I’ll buy kimbap for you at lunch.” Minseok had a devilish smirk plastered on his adorable face.

“Every lunch?” Kyungsoo’s eyes narrowed.

“Every time you call us oppa will be another lunch I pay for.”

“Okay oppa~ Whatever you say oppa~” Kyungsoo showed off a fake smile.

“Wait Soo, call me oppa too!” Jongin whined.

“You do realize you’re younger than me right?”

Jongin crossed his arms and pouted. Kyungsoo and the others laughed at his childish behavior. Kyungsoo pulled on Jongin’s sleeve and the tan boy couldn’t help but turn around, Kyungsoo just looked too cute looking up at him with wide eyes.

“How about I call you Jonginnie instead?”

“That’s perfect! Deal!” Jongin hugged Kyungsoo tightly for the second time today.

That boy was quickly getting too touchy. The other boy’s protested, also wanting to hug Kyungsoo. Jongin yelled at them and picked kyungsoo off the ground screaming that the tiny human was his.

Kyungsoo locked the door immediately when he got into his dorm. He painfully removed the wig and got back into his regular sweats and baggy t-shirt. He was about to call Jongdae when he realized his voice changer was still attached. He groaned in annoyance. Pulling that thing out was so unnecessarily painful. He grabbed on and pulled it out, continuing his mantra ‘rip it off like a band-aid’ in his head. He pulled out his ID and pressed the contact button, a virtual screen popped up showing a pouty Jongdae.

“What’s your problem?”

“I thought you would report to me dressed as a girl. I’m disappointed.”

“Oh grow up.” Kyungsoo rolled his eyes. “Are you going to listen to my report or not?”

“Yeah, yeah go on.”

“I haven’t noticed anyone targeting the boys, honestly they haven’t run into any accidents since I’ve been here. There is something weird that I’ve noticed though. Some of the students seem to be oddly strong. Even you would struggle to fight them. I think I have some reason to believe that they might be injecting themselves with something.”

“I see.” Jongdae nodded his head in understanding. “I need you to get me samples of DNA, like hair or nail clippings. Maybe you could just cut them and take their blood.”

“The last one is out of the question .”

“Damn, that would have been interesting. It seems like this mission is almost through since it seems the boy’s are no longer in danger. I’ll give you three weeks to get a DNA sample, then I’ll come pick you up.” Kyungsoo’s face fell. “Don’t get attached Kyungsoo. You’ll just regret it.”

“I’m not attached to anything or anyone!”

“That’s clearly a lie. You know our jobs, the only people we can be close with are our colleagues, anyone else would be in danger.”

“I know that. You don’t need to remind me.”

“Kyungsoo, I know you didn’t ask for this life, but it’s all you got. Don’t it up.” Jongdae hung up.

Kyungsoo dragged himself over to his bed and collapsed onto it. He let out a long sigh as he outlined the ceiling's pattern with his eyes. He knows he shouldn’t have fallen for Jongin, but he couldn’t help it. The tan boy was so kind, protective, funny, and extremely attractive. Kyungsoo rolled around and let out a small yell of frustration. Why did he have to fall for the perfect guy?

Kyungsoo sat on the club room's large, red couch and stared at his hot chocolate. Minseok looked on Kyungsoo with worry. Usually Kyungsoo jumps for joy when she receives hot chocolate from him. He always put extra whip cream just for her. Maybe he didn’t put enough this time? He sat down with his own mug that was alternatively filled with coffee and gently placed his hand on Kyungsoo’s shoulder.

“Kyungie, is everything okay?” Kyungsoo shook her head in reply. “You know you can tell me anything, you’re like my little sister.”

“I’m an .” Kyungsoo muttered.

“What? What are you talking about?”

“Minseok oppa, can ask you something seriously?” Minseok was nervous, but he still nodded eagerly. “How would you feel if I was hiding something from all of you, but I had to! It’s not like I want to…”

“Kyungie,” Minseok’s face softened. “I’m sure that if you were hiding something from us it was because you don’t have any other options. We all understand. Everyone has their own secrets.”

Kyungsoo set down his mug and hugged Minseok who almost spilled his. Jongin just so happened to enter at that moment and quickly grabbed Kyungsoo. He took Kyungsoo and threw him over his shoulder.

“Yah! What do you think you’re doing?” Kyungsoo kicked and screamed.

“Kidnapping you, what else does it look like?”

“Kim Jongin! Put me down now!”

“Nope~ You’re mine for the entire afternoon now!” Jongin yelled as he set off with Kyungsoo still hanging from his shoulder.

Kyungsoo glanced at Jongin and sighed. This was his perfect opportunity to grab some of his DNA, although he didn’t want to. If he succeeded then it meant his mission was over and he’d have to leave. He couldn’t let Jongdae down though. Kyungsoo reached up and yanked a piece of hair out of Jongin’s head causing the boy to yelp.

“Are you getting violent now?” Jongin whined.

“Yup, and I’ll get even worse if you don’t put me down.”

“I’ll take the chance. You’re too tiny, if I put you down you might get lost.”

“First my chest is too small, now I’m just all together too tiny? How rude.”

Jongin and Kyungsoo both burst out into laughter. They were both getting too close way too fast.

Kyungsoo began unlocking his door and thought back on the day. Jongin had taken him to a cafe and to the zoo. It was a day filled with fits of laughter and love filled stares. He smiled to himself, but it slowly began to fade as he thought about reality. He only had two weeks left before he would have to leave this school. He would also have to leave Jongin behind. He opened the door and entered. He threw his bag and began heading towards the closet when hands grabbed him from behind. Kyungsoo quickly fought the hands off and got ready to fight.

“Jongdae!?”

“Wow you sure are rusty, but that’s okay because you look absolutely adorable!”

“What are you doing here!? I still have two weeks left.”

“You have to leave before the end of this week Kyungsoo.”

“Why?”

“Chanyeol is back.”

Kyungsoo stared at Jongdae’s face in shock. Chanyeol was back. He couldn’t be back it, Kyungsoo didn’t want it to be possible. He was locked away in maximum security. How could he escape?

“You know he’ll be coming for you first. We need to hide you.”

“Last time you hid me he still found me!” Kyungsoo was on the verge of tears.

“We’ll do a better job this time, I promise. I want to leave by tomorrow morning.”

“He can’t already have found where I am.”

“He escaped a week ago, we were just notified today.”

“Fine. I’ll leave with you tomorrow, but I need to go do something first.” Kyungsoo headed towards the door to be stopped by Jongdae.

“Don’t tell him Kyungsoo. It’s better off for you to just disappear from his life, don’t leave anything else behind.”

“Jongdae, I’m about to relive one of the worst moments of my life all over again. Just let me do this. Please.” Jongdae released his grip and Kyungsoo ran off.

A sleepy Jongin answered the door to a shaking Kyungsoo. Jongin became fully awake and pulled the smaller human into his dorms. Kyungsoo glanced over to see Sehun passed out on his bed and then back to Jongin with a scared look on his face. Kyungsoo realized that his emotions must be clearly expressed on his face.

“Soo, what’s wrong.”

“Jongin, there are some things I need to tell you.” Jongin nodded and pulled Kyungsoo down onto his bed before sitting beside him. “Well, I guess I’ll get the easier thing off my chest first. Jonginnie, I like you.”

“Soo, I like you too! I like you so much!” Jongin embraced Kyungsoo. “Is that what you were so afraid of saying?”

“Sadly, no.” Jongin’s face dropped.

Kyungsoo sighed before removing his wig and voice changer. Jongin’s eyes widened as Kyungsoo revealed who he truly was. A boy.

“So that explains why your chest is so flat.” Jongin stated calmly.

“You-you’re not angry?”

“No, I’m not angry at all. Honestly, I’m biual so your doesn’t really matter to me. I just love you for you. I am a little surprised though. You look cute both ways. I’m also sure you dressed like this for a reason.”

“If only I knew it would be this easy.” Kyungsoo’s small chuckles turned into hysterical sobs.

“Kyungsoo, what’s wrong? Everything worked out fine.”

“I have to leave Jongin.”

“Wait, what why?”

“That...I can’t tell you.”

“Why not?”

“I just can’t okay?”

“Is this some kind of joke?” Jongin shot up from his seat. “Did you confess to play games with me?”

“What!? I would never do that?”

“Then tell me why you’re leaving!”

“I told you that I can’t!”
“If you hide things from me Soo then we can’t be together!”

“Fine! I knew this was too easy.” Kyungsoo grabbed his wig and headed towards the door.

“Are you just going to leave? Are you going to mark my heart and then disappear forever!?” Kyungsoo could hear Jongin’s voice shaking.

Jongdae’s words of advice appeared in his mind. Maybe he should have just left, why was he hurting Jongin more than he had to. If he left his feelings unknown it would have been less painful.

“I’m so sorry Jonginnie.” Kyungsoo closed the door behind him.

Jongin ran to the door and slammed it open, waking his roommate in the process. He looked up and down the hallway, but Kyungsoo was nowhere to be found. He called out Kyungsoo’s name whilst tears trailed down his cheeks. He had and lost Kyungsoo in the span of a couple of minutes. He punched the brick wall and let out a pent up scream. He questioned why his life always had to be so ed up.

Kyungsoo shook and prayed that the hand that was covering his mouth was Jongdae’s again.

“Long time, no see Kyungsoo-ah.” Kyungsoo began to cry as he recognized the deep, chilling voice. “Awe, you’re crying face was always super cute. I’ve missed it.”

Kyungsoo struggled in the other boy’s arms but the hold just tightened.

“Don’t piss me off Kyungsoo. You don’t want me to scar you again do you?”

Jongdae grabbed Jongin’s shirt and threw him against the wall. The other boys were desperately trying to pry him off.

“Where the hell are you hiding him lover boy?!”

“Who the hell are you!? I don’t even know what you’re talking about!”

“Kyungsoo never returned to the dorm and you were the last person he saw. I knew that little prick would try to get away from me, but damn.”

“Are you the reason Kyungsoo ran away!?” Jongin punched Jongdae in the face sending the other boy flying.

“Wow, he wasn’t lying when he said you were strong.” Jongin grabbed Jongdae’s collar and reversed their positions.

“Why did Kyungsoo runaway!?”

“I guess I have no choice but to tell you, but put me down first.”  Jongin did as he said.”Right now Kyungsoo could be in a lot of danger.”

Jongdae went on to explain to the others that Kyungsoo was truly a boy and a spy. He explained that he sent him on the mission to protect them and find out the truth about the school in the process, but he began getting too attached so he was going to pull Kyungsoo off the job. He had to come and get him earlier because of someone that would be threatening to Kyungsoo’s life had resurfaced. He believed that he tried to run away with Jongin, which is why he yelled at said boy.

“Does that mean that whoever that person is has Kyungie?” Minseok’s voice shook, and the other boys seemed to have a hard time holding their tears back.

“That’s most likely the case.”

“How quickly can we find this guy?” Jongin growled. “We are saving Kyungsoo.”

“We’ll have to go back to headquarters first. Are you all willing to help.” They all eagerly nodded. “Let’s get going then.”

“Why is this Chanyeol guy after Kyungsoo?” Sehun inquired.

“It’s a long story, but I guess I can explain on our way to headquarters.”

Kyungsoo’s family was murdered by ex-spies when he was only seven. His grandfather, who was the head of their agency, took Kyungsoo in and trained him brutally. During this time, Kyungsoo met another spy in training named Chanyeol. The boy’s parents had disappeared on a mission and never came back. Both boys were without families and began to rely on each other like brothers. They went on missions together and trained together, they were practically inseparable. For a long time, they were lovers. One day though, Chanyeol and Kyungsoo discovered the truth about their parents. It was Chanyeol’s parents that murdered Kyungsoo’s because they stopped them from overthrowing the agency. Kyungsoo’s grandfather had Chanyeol’s parents killed once they were tracked down. Kyungsoo broke up with Chanyeol and tried his best to avoid him. Chanyeol on the other hand was slowly becoming more and more demented. He began lashing out and becoming quite cruel behind the leaders back. One day he was sent on the same mission as Kyungsoo and there he tried to murder him. Kyungsoo fought back and just survived. Jongdae took and hid him away in one of their safe houses. For a while he was safe, but Chanyeol eventually found his whereabouts and was determined to finish what his parents started. Chanyeol once again attacked Kyungsoo and succeeded in stabbing him in the stomach. Guards arrested Chanyeol whilst Jongdae rushed Kyungsoo to the hospital. Chanyeol was supposed to in maximum security, the agency has no clue how he got out.

Kyungsoo groaned in pain as he tried to pull his wrists free from the ropes that confined him. Chanyeol had been gone for at least an hour, Kyungsoo feared what he’d come back with. He bit and tugged at the ropes again, but it wasn’t budging. He heard the large metal door slam, announcing someone’s arrival. Chanyeol appeared from the shadows with a disgusting smirk spread across his face. Kyungsoo could see something shining in Chanyeol’s hand and began to panic. Chanyeol twirled a knife in his hand as he began to laugh at Kyungsoo’s struggles.

“Calm down cutie, you don’t want me to mess up and have to stab you again.”

“You don’t want to do this Chanyeol, I know you don’t!”

“Shut your mouth and stay still.” Chanyeol grabbed Kyungsoo and pushed him against the wall and held the knife to his throat. “Now I can finally finish everything my parents’ worked for.”

“Put the knife down now!”

Both boys turned to see the owner of the voice. Jongin was standing there with a gun aimed at Chanyeol ready to shoot. Jongdae and the others were right behind prepared as well.

“Gun versus a knife? That isn’t very fair now is it?”

“Step away from Kyungsoo!” Jongin yelled.

“Is this your new boyfriend cutie? Is this how you replaced me? I thought you still loved me? You even said so when I stabbed you last time.” Kyungsoo was on the verge of tears. “I could never love someone like you though. Our fates were set up like this from the start. Let’s finish this now, okay?”

“We don’t have to be like our parents Chanyeol!” Kyungsoo cried out. “I’ve learned that recently. I never wanted to be a spy. I hate having to leave people I love behind! I hate how it corrupts us! Just look at you! I know you don’t want to kill me. Don’t become like your parents, you’re better than that!”

Chanyeol screamed and held up the knife in anger. The sound of a gunshot pierced the air and went straight through Chanyeol’s hand. Chanyeol yelled in agony and grabbed for his injured hand. Jongdae ran over and handcuffed him, soon reinforcements were bursting through the door.

“Holy . Jongin was that you?” Jongdae inquired.

“No. I thought it was you!”

“Actually it was me.” Sehun stepped forward and showed off his badge. “I’ll be taking Chanyeol into custody to make sure he never escapes again.”

“You were also a spy this entire time!?” Jongin yelled. “You have to be kidding me.”

Sehun just smiled and nodded. He patted his best friend on the back and grabbed chanyeol by the arm, the boy was still screaming.

“I swear Do Kyungsoo I will kill you!”

Jongin ran over and untied Kyungsoo, he then took the boy’s face in his hands.

“Don’t listen to him. He’ll never find you again.”

“Why did this have to happen?” Kyungsoo sobbed into Jongin’s chest.

Kyungsoo stretched out his sore limbs and began to roll out of bed when two strong, tan arms pulled him back. He smiled at his boyfriend and cuddled back into his arms.

“Jonginnie, we are supposed to meet Jongdae at ten this morning!” Kyungsoo smacked his boyfriend's chest.

“Who meets up that early!? It’s unheard of!” Jongin whined.

Their bedroom door was kicked open. Jongin and Kyungsoo jumped up and grabbed their guns from under their pillows. They aimed them at the intruder only to see that it was Jongdae.

“You love birds piss me off!” Jongdae yelled as he threw a bag onto their bed.

“What’s this?” Kyungsoo questioned peering into the bag.

“It’s everything you need to be a girl again. You still have mysteries to find out about that school. Now both of you hurry up and get your asses moving!” Jongdae waltzed out of the room as if he owned the apartment.

“Looks like we have a mission to complete, partner.” Jongin smirked.

“Well, let’s get moving.” Kyungsoo leaned up and placed a gentle kiss on Jongin’s soft lips.

Everyone knows the saying. A spy couple is the best couple.

Chapter 1: Holy crap I love this XD

This comment might be a little long so you have been warned ^~^

When Kyungsoo and Jongdae were bickering at the beginning and Kyungsoo was like 'you pain in my ', I was like 'i love your character so much rn' and when Jongdae told Kyungsoo the group of boys at Seoul High and kyungsoo was like ohh jongin the hot one~ I was fangirling to myself.

Ohh how could i forget. When Jongdae was like 'seoul high boarding school in seoul south korea' amd kyungsoo replied with 'wow i wouldve never known seoul high is in seoul' i was cracking up and I just love your sense of humor Author-nim.

And when kyungsoo was trying in the wig I can help but imagine those crappy wigs on variety shows that dont even look like a wig but just like a black blob of plastic strings on kyungsoos head i couldnt take it seriously.

I didnt really check if this was a oneshot or not but i love it all the same \(^o^)/

Freaking kaisoo moment at the end like stabbed my heart like a syringe filled with a chemical that causes fangirling... okay what did i just write. Its 00:46 am here right now (and i have an exam tomorrow) and im tired but i wanted to read this and comment and yeah I dont know what im writing. Who am i. What is life.

Thank you author-nim for taking the time to write this annndddd Stay healthy and Byyeee ^~^
