Woohyun’s quite strong man. He can endure torturing better than an average man. He can easily distract himself from pain and sadness he feels by doing something else. But maybe not today. When Doojoon—his friend and team mate from his futsal team—asked him about someone. Someone he used to cherished the most. He used to. Woohyun is moving on. He can live better without that man. That’s a fact—or something he believe is a fact.

“Hyun, you’re  over with Sunggyu right? Are you okay now?” Doojoon asked him after their futsal time.

“Oh sure. Why?” Woohyun raises his eyebrow.

“Can I ask him out?”

Woohyun’s quite strong man. But the last question really breaks him down. His mind’s replaying every moment he spent with Sunggyu. How his small beautiful eyes turn into a crescent whenever he smiles and laughs so brightly. And Woohyun swears—he can hear heaven’s sound at Sunggyu’s laughter. And he remember how their constant fight made him tired. How he ran away with some random guy he thought would heal him. How Sunggyu found out and how they’re over. And now he’s alone. He even doesn’t know where that random guy and he still has sleepless night and regretting everything. Yes, Woohyun thinks he is moving on. But he’s stuck in same place. Regretting everything.

“Hyun? I can ask him out right?” Doojoon’s voice snaps him into reality.

“Sure. Just remember, he hates it when you’re lying. You better spit out every truth even though it’s bitter. He likes drinking when he’s stressed. Please make sure he doesn’t drink too much. He’s a bit sarcastic and lacking affection. But that doesn’t mean he doesn’t like you. That’s how he show his affection. He’s easily tired, please make sure he rest well during weekend. When he thinks he’s lonely he will bugs you so please give him a lot of affection. He will love it. Remember his birthday and your anniversary. He won’t remind you. But he will be waiting until you remember. And the most important thing is, please be better boyfriend for him.”

Woohyun’s a strong man. He can easily smile and give his blessing for Doojoon even though his heart is crying. Doojoon is a good guy. He is funny and full of affection. That’s what Woohyun said to himself over and over again after Doojoon's gone. But his hand acts otherwise. He takes his phone and calls Sunggyu. He smiles bitterly to himself because he still remember Sunggyu’s number.

“Hello” Woohyun swears his heart skips a beat when he hears that voice.

“Hello this is me.”

“Yes hyun, I know.” Sunggyu answers lazily and Woohyun chuckles inwardly because he can imagine Sunggyu’s facial expression.

“You know Doojoon right?”

“Yes. Your friend. Why?”

“He asked me if he could ask you out”

“Um okay? So?”

Woohyun bites his lips. Doojoon is a good guy and perhaps he can be a better boyfriend for Sunggyu. And Sunggyu maybe will be happier. But is it what Woohyun really want? Will he be okay if Sunggyu’s happy in Doojoon’s arms? Will he be alright if Sunggyu smiles so beautifully to Doojoon? Can he be happy for Sunggyu happiness this time?

“Hyun? Are you going to answer my question? If not I will hang—“

“Please say no”

“Eh?”

“Please say no to Doojoon”
