Description

"You know, if I have to miss someone for the rest of my life, I’m glad it’s you, Byun Baekhyun.”

 

Chanyeol and Baekhyun met during university and while Chanyeol falls in love with Baekhyun, the later starts dating Jongdae. 5 years later Chanyeol is still in love but Baekhyun and Jongdae are getting married. Suho and Kris are a mess and Kyungsoo just wishes his friends would get their together for once. 

Foreword

This fic started as Something Borrowerd AU and this is what I ended up with. It's also the first fic I'm posting and English is not my first language so if you see any mistakes, sorry. I tend to do a lot of those! 

I'm also thinking about writting an Epilogue for this but you know, we'll see. And I may or may not write a follow up story about Kris and Suho

Chapter 1: You know what, I really like this oneshot. The whole thing sounded like Chanyeol retelling his story. I enjoyed all the Chansoo moments especially Kyungsoo calling Chan an idiot then getting all motherly and worried when Chan disappears only to come back in the morning. I also liked how you included the importance of apologizing. For me, that's really great. You could really tell they love each other because they apologize even if it's hard for them. It's really so beautiful. Tbh, this fic really is what I imagined Chanyeol to be like seriously. It's amazing. Well, it seems like he's your bias and that's why it came out like this. I like Chan's character development, by the way! I don't know how many times I laughed while reading this fic. I know it's angst but I laughed at the first and the middle. Chansoo is really so funny.

Chapter 1: How about jongdae. Idk i feel bad about him being the third person :( i wish jongdae would have a better ending with a nice destiny. How about xiumin hum :(

But im happy that those fools are getting together after passing 5 years in row of their ed up relationship :) no one ever knows the truth behind the feeling they have but yeah.. if both are happy with being together, they should confess it. Glad that baek has a courage to fly to portugal to explain his feeling. Well. It drags them into a happy end :)

Chapter 3: Tbh I would've liked the ending to be ChanSoo (its a first because i'm a hardcore chanbaek shipper) idk but I love the angst!! Great story ?

Chapter 1: The ending is a little umhhh :'( i wish it was longer. This has a really good plot and your style is so damn good. I just feel you're putting the ending a little too soon :'D but it's a nice read~ thank you for your work~~~

Chapter 1: this made me cry a lot TTTT I loved the way you wrote and the way baekhyun's character is realistic cause honestly theres a lot of baekhyuns in real life who can hurt people without realizing it. and baekhyun deserves a second chance, things are not understood between them bec. chanyeol didnt explained it. I loved the ending for giving them a chance to clear this misunderstanding. thanks authornim!
