colours

1. Colours play a very important part in a poster. Notice how, in the case below, the two boys are of different colours and skin tone. This is because the photos are taken at different places and under different lightning. Hence, we will edit these photos and make their colours similar.

2. One easy way to make the colours similar would be to simply desaturate/greyscale the photos. Go to colours > desaturate

This window will then pop up. Choose "luminosity" then click on "OK".

The selected photo will then turn greyscale.

You can then do this for the other photos as well.

However, their colours are still not perfectly matched as you can see that v's photo is less contrasting than suga's. We learn how to solve this problem in the next step.

2. To change the brightness and contrast of a picture, go to colours > brightness-contrast.

This window will the pop up.

I'm currently learning how the coding works here (since there are quite a lot of code pieces that don't work here.) These are pretty good guides :)

Chapter 11: You have, by far, the most helpful tutorials I've seen around! Seriously, I've been reading coding tutorials these days and I still had questions left hanging even after I read those tuts! I think it's because you're not just showing one way to do something but that you're showing what happens if you do this and not that. I'm looking forward to your scrollbar tut as I'm having problems making the scrollbar transparent on top of a background image. I know it will take a long time before we even get to that tutorial but I'm hoping it's one of things you will address! Thank you and have a good day!
