“Sunny, please tend the bruises of Yoongie.” Jessica asked as she Yoona inside the clinic followed by Taeyeon who still looking around while she observe innocently the school grounds. Then a short woman in white nurse uniform appeared and she has a shoulder length brunette hair and she beam her eye-smile too which Taeyeon mesmerized and mouth an ‘o’ to her smile. Ms. Sunny chuckled and she grab the first aid kit and Yoona sit down to a couch

“Yoongie, Tae-Tae and I will just go outside so Sunny-unnie can tend your bruises okay?” Jessica asked in her soft tone and Yoona nodded cutely and she beam her smile

“Okay,  ” Yoona answered sheepishly, then Taeyeon look to Yoona and she give her a peck to her cheeks and patted her head

“Tae-Tae will just be outside Yoongie-yah, and Tae-Tae will wait for you. Be strong okay?” Taeyeon lean to the ears of Yoona and she whisper; Jessica and Sunny heard it and they can’t believe that Taeyeon with the same condition as Yoona, having a mental retardation, can manage to take care of properly Yoona, the two beam their sincere warm smile due to the sisterly affection of the two

“Okay, Tae-Tae, Yoongie is strong now, and not afraid of the pointies.” Yoona said and Taeyeon patted her head in pleased beaming her cute chin dimple smile which the two creased their eyebrows in confusion

“Pointies?” Sunny asked and she chuckled as she realized what is it.

“You mean injection?” Sunny asked again and Yoona and Taeyeon creased their brow in confusion and that made Jessica chuckled to herself, due to this two adorable twins. Sunny get a syringe in the drawer and show it to the twins, Yoona suddenly pull Taeyeon closer to her and she grip Taeyeon’s clothes, Jessica giggle to Yoona

“Yoongie, you don’t have to be afraid of ‘pointies’ because Sunny-unnie will not inject those to you.” Jessica explained and Yoona pouted

“Y-Yoongie i-is not afraid . . .” Yoona denied in mutter as she crosses her arms and look away to Jessica, the brunette chuckles and she walks near to the sulking Yoona and patted her head

“Aigoo, yes of course Yoongie is really brave, that is why Sunny-unnie will tend your wounds okay?” Jessica said to Yoona and Yoona curl her lips in please and she nodded cutely, Jessica pinch the cheeks of Yoona

“Cute.” Jessica mutter and she grab the hands of Taeyeon, and look to Sunny

“Ms. Sunny, we will just go outside okay, please take care of Yoongie.” Jessica said and bow

“Sunny-unnie, please take care of Yoongie, okay?” Taeyeon said and she bow the same as Jessica,

“Of course Tae-Tae, I will.” Sunny replied and she beam her eye-smile then the two left the clinic. Sunny move closer to Yoona and Yoona gulp her saliva and closer her eyes tightly

“Aigoo, don’t worry Yoongie, I will do it carefully okay?” Sunny said in a careful tone and she grab the cotton and put some anti-infection liquid and clean the wounds carefully,

“Ouchie.” Yoona hissed in pain and she grip her hoodies,

“Aigoo~ sorry darling.” Sunny quickly retracted the cotton and she quickly patch up Yoona’s wounds

“Here you go, Yoongie.” The nurse said as she done patching up Yoona’s bruises. Yoona beam her smile to the nurse

“Thankie so much hm . . . Doctor-unnie!” Yoona exclaimed happily and the nurse smile

“Yoongie, I’m just a nurse, I’m Sunny, just call me Sunny-unnie.” Sunny said to Yoona and her smile never left on her face

“S-Sunny? hm, but why Sunny-unnie is not glowing?” Yoona asked innocently with anticipation and Sunny chuckled

“Well it’s just a nickname Yoongie.” Sunny explained and Yoona creased her brows trying to absorb what Sunny said to her and she pouted her lips, which made the latter chuckled and caresses the pig tail of Yoona’s brunette hair

“It’s what you will call to the person who is your friend Yoongie,” Sunny explained and Yoona mouthed an ‘o’ as she nodded her head slowly and beam her smile again

“Sunny-unnie is Yoongie’s friend?” Yoona concluded cheerfully and she jump out to her sit and shake hands to Sunny which causes the latter laugh and nodded to Yoona

“Yes, of course Yoongie.” Sunny replied and Yoona skip around happily

“Yey! Yoongie has a new friends, Yey!” Yoona keep on skipping and jumping around while she happily claps her hands. Then Sunny chuckled to the hyper Yoona

“Thankie so much Sunny-unnie~ because of Sunny-unnie, Yoongie’s okay now.” Yoona said and she bear hug Sunny and Sunny patted her shoulder

“Aigoo, what a sweet Yoongie, here’s the treat because you became a very good patient.” Sunny handed the lollipop to Yoona and Yoona clasped her hand in excitement and she mouth agape, twinkling her eyes to the rainbow colored lollipop and Yoona grab it quickly and she jump around in joy while waving her lollipop

“YEAY! YOONGIE HAS CHUPA CHUPS!! THANKIE SUNNY-UNNIE!!” Yoona crashed a hug to the petite woman and she receive the hug of the latter and patted her back and Yoona squeeze it tightly

“I- . . .I-I c-can’t bre . . .athe. Y-Yoongie.” Sunny mutter and swear Yoona’s strength is no joke. But it seems the deer is enjoying the bear hug. Then the door open which reveals Taeyeon and Jessica beside her

“Aigoo, Tae-Tae!!” Yoona exclaimed as she saw her twin sister and run towards to her and she jump and koala hug her, Taeyeon is kinda used to it, and thankfully that Yoona is not that really heavy so she can manage to lift her twin.

“Look Look! Yoongie got Chupa chups because Yoongie is brave, Tae-Tae.” Yoona said cheerfully, showing her lollipop proudly, Jessica stare for Yoona and she suddenly remember her little sister, she’s younger than Yoona, as a matter of fact she’s about Yoona’s mental age, 9 years old. Jessica suddenly remember how her little sister jump out to her and gives her a koala hug, she felt a tears fall through her cheeks then she quickly wipes it, then she felt a hand on her shoulder, Jessica glance to the owner and she saw Sunny’s comforting smile,

“I’m fine Sunny.” Jessica whisper, and she closes her eyes as she remembers that ‘incident’ again, she curses herself for being such a careless sister. She suddenly envied Taeyeon, how she manages to take care of properly her sister even though she is mentally challenged. Then Sunny got worried again to Jessica,

“Jessi . . . “ Sunny mutter then Jessica glance her and shook her head beaming her forced smile, yes, Sunny can differentiate the difference of a sincere smile of Jessica and her forced smile.

“I said I’m fine, don’t worry. I . . . I-I just . . .miss ‘her’ . . . ” Jessica said and she walk closer to the twins, beaming her fake smile and of course she tries her best not to get too obvious to the twins

“Yoongie, Tae-Tae, Teacher Jessica will leave now, okay? Because Teacher Jessica will need to go to her class now.” Jessica said to the twins and Yoona release the hug to Taeyeon and she hug Jessica, Jessica suddenly felt her tears flowing down again which Taeyeon notice and she got worried to Jessica

“Thankie, Teacher Jeshika~” Yoona cheerfully said and tighten her hug, then Jessica quickly wipe her tears and patted the back of Yoona and release the hug, Sunny witness how Jessica misses her little sister,

“No problem Yoongie, and I think you should go to your class too Yoongie.” Jessica said and then suddenly Taeyeon remember her work

“Omo, Tae-Tae needs to go to work too!” Taeyeon exclaimed, Jessica chuckled together with Sunny, but then Jessica turn gloomy again and she excuse herself out, Taeyeon grab the hands of Yoona and they bow politely to Sunny

“Thank you Sunnie-unnie for taking care of Yoongie.” Taeyeon cutely said and Sunny chuckled

“You’re welcome Tae-Tae.” She replied and the two left the clinic.
