welcome to cypher, fam! we're all here to have fun, and so be it! but whoops, there are rules! 

always notify base when leaving or going on a hiatus/semi-hiatus. keep the ooc to minimum; put it in brackets if really needed! the timeline is unrated but to a certain extent: we strongly recommend to keep the timeline as clean as possible. (warnings will be given if someone goes overboard with derogatory terms, offensive jokes etc.). love whoever you want and whenever you want. also, remember to talk to everyone! 

subscribing is a must, unlike upvoting. check masterlist properly before commenting! - username format is @NAMECYR or @CYRNAME (strictly in UPPERCASE!). you must reach 50 tweets on the first day. you'll be kicked out after 3 days of inactivity. admins might be slow at verifying, but you may start tweeting as soon as you have your account ready and have followed everyone!
