The school bell rings and students hurried to get into their class.

“okay students, the school festival is just around the corner.” Mr Park said as he enters the class and the students’ cheers endlessly

“sir! This year school plays will be Romeo and Juliet right?”g.o shouts while raising his hand

“yup! That’s what I heard.” Mr Park nods in agreed

“AWESOME!” mir and yoseob high five each other in excitement

“who will be the cast?” cheondung asked

“I also don’t know. It’ll be done by the school voting. The most popular student will be holding the Romeo & Juliet.” Mr Park said as he roaming around the class

“sorry we’re late~” joon and hyunah humming together while their arms are casually flung against each other

“yah~ it might be joon and hyunah.” Kikwang said pointing at them who looks at him with a weird face

“wha-what?” hyunah stands at the front wondering while joon makes his way to high five with the others

“well…Romeo & Juliet plays for the school festival this year.” Seungho said to joon

“the second year students are going to be the cast and that’s us.” G.o smirks proudly and hyunah nods while sitting next to joon

“yah! The result is out!” one of the students said while running inside the class and all of them runs to see the result of the casting.

JULIET: Lee Joon
COUNT PARIS: Kikwang
MERCUTIO: Mir
TYBALT: yoseob

“Awesome!” mir and yoseob high five again

“WHAT?!!! I’m the Romeo?!!” hyunah shouted while grabbing the result board

“hahaha. A short Romeo.” Joon laughs at hyunah

“haha. Look who’s the Juliet.” Hyunah sarcastically laugh at joon

“it must be Ha-“ joon paused and bigger his eyes

“Lee joon is the Juliet.” Mir looks at joon holding his laughter

“YAH!!! How can this be?!” joon looks at the result board again

“I’m imagining…joon wearing a dress.” Hyunah close her eyes and laughing hysterically

“it’s not funny Hyumeo!” joon glare at her feeling annoys

“it’s so funny Jooniet!” hyunah glare at him back

“hahahhaha~” their other friends started to laugh loudly

Few days later, they begin their rehearsal to the play. The whole set is prepared only for the play. Mir and Yoseob started to play sword fighting at the side.

“okay. Hyunah at this part you come out and started to call Jooniet.” Ms Lee guide hyunah

“okay ms. Let’s start.” Hyunah getting ready and when the Ms Lee said ‘action’, hyunah start her line

“Jooni- ehem. Juliet! Oh Juliet! I’ve come for you.” She said her line but her lips is curving upwards wanting to laugh

“Romeo? Oh Romeo you’re here.” Joon appear from behind the curtain clasping his both hand together acting girly

Suddenly both of them silent for a while feeling awkward.

“HAHAHAHA~!!” joon and hyunah started to laugh insanely

“yah! Both of you! Get serious!” ms Lee yells angrily at them

“I’m sorry…I can’t…her face-“ joon continue laughing

“his face-“hyunah laughs along

“it’s funny!” both of them said in unison and continue laughing

“ms, can’t we change the Romeo? We’re can’t look at each other like lovers.” Joon claims while scratching his back head

“I can’t. it’s based on the vote. Just think him/her as your lover.” Ms Lee calmly said

“lover? We don’t have one.” Hyunah smile sheepishly

“past relationship?” ms Lee ask again

“never…” joon answered awkwardly

“haiihhh~” hyunah heave a deep sighs while leaning at sohyun

“wae?” sohyun flaps her eyelashes at hyunah

“the play is few weeks away. But I can’t be serious when it comes to love part with that Jooniet.” She whines at sohyun

“Why?” she ask innocently

“stop asking why. We’re too casual with each other. That’s the reason.” Hyunah nibble at sohyun collar feeling angry and depress

“ahh~ why don’t you try to be lovers. Try to do what other couples do. It might help.” She shrugged

“you think it’ll work?” she look at sohyun

“try first. Who knows it’ll work.”
