Chapter 1: First impression

“Miss Shin, is it really okay for you to have a house mate here?” the land lady asked once again, Min Ye tried her best not to get pissed to her because of her repeating questions

“It’s fine ahjumma, just make sure that the person who will be living with me is a good person” she said, the land lady open to speak again but MinYe cut her off

“Yes, it’s okay if it will be a guy, no problem with me” she said, the land lady beamed and nodded

“Just welcome your housemate with warmth, don’t be so harsh to whomever it will be” she said and Minye rolled her eyes while saying ‘fine’ the land lady smiled at her and stand to leave

After two days from their conversation, the land lady came with a guy in front of MinYe’s house with his luggage

“He’s good looking right?” the land lady giggled and pinched her sides, she made a disgust face and just agreed to her but on the back of her mind, she wants to puke

“Yeah, yeah, is he a good person?” she asked

“Yes, don’t worry, my friend from TOP Academy recommended him” MinYe nodded in understanding

She offered water juice to her new housemate because the land lady said so but actually she doesn’t want to entertain the new guy

“Minye-ah, I’m sure you know him already. He’s so popular with everyone”

“no sorry” MinYe said and fake a smile

“Guess I’m not really that popular because there is still someone who doesn’t know me” He joke and tried his best not to brag about that fact but MinYe just mentally puke on what she heard

Be like that when talking to me and you are a dead meat

-Insert a Minye trying to stab L.Joe infront of the panicking land lady-

She fakes a laugh “By the way I’m Shin Min Ye and you are…?” she asked almost forget to introduce herself

“You’re kidding me right?” he said, brow raised

The land lady came nearer to him and whispers “she isn’t kidding, she really don’t know you” his eyes widen and awkwardly smiled at the girl who unbelievably doesn’t know him

“I’m L.Joe” he said extending his hand to her

“What a weird name you have” MinYe commented as she crossed her arm over her chest. L.Joe retracted back his arm and just straightens his shirt. The land lady glared at her but MinYe give her a ‘what’ kind of look

L.Joe tried his best not to get offended with the bald-faced girl he had in front

She’s different

-Insert a nodding L.joe here-

“I’m leaving you two now, I still have a meeting down town. *she looks at L.Joe* if you have any problems better tell it to me asap” she said and patted the guy’s back. As for Minye, the land lady playfully pointed a finger at her and said ‘behave’ MinYe closes the door and as soon as she closes it… she looks at L.Joe uninterestedly

“You put your things on your room and when you need something…” L.joe smiled hoping she will say

You put your things on your room and when you need something just call me

But he was so wrong

MinYe looks at him from head to toe before continuing what she is saying  “… just do it on your own, you have your hands and feet, you are not disabled and pft weird name and what a weird hair you have, I hate pink” she made a disgust face and left the guy in front of her

L.joe hurriedly looks his self through the mirror they had in the living room

“Do I look horrible to her, my hair isn’t weird, it’s cool” he touched his pink hair

“And my name isn’t weird, ‘L.Joe’ isn’t weird” he grunted and glared at the room where Minye entered
