Jimin follows Yoongi around until the latter returns his feelings.

"Hyung, can I be your boyfriend?"

Yoongi stopped taking books out of his locker and turned to his right to see a boy with brown hair and chubby cheeks smiling at him.

"Are you talking to me?"

The boy with a cute eye smile nodded.

"Do I even know you?"

It was a valid question on Yoongi's part but apparently that was as far as Jimin's courage could get him because in the next moment he was a stuttering mess. Jimin avoided Yoongi's eyes as his smile turned nervous, hands fiddling with the hem of his shirt.

"I know you." Jimin managed to give a response but it ended up sounding like a question.

Yoongi leaned against his locker, amused by the turn of events.

"Well I should hope so. Who randomly confesses to strangers. That being said though, are you like stalking me or something?"

Jimin's eyes turned round at that, spluttering as he tried to defend himself.

"N-no! I'm not- Why would- No way."

Yoongi chuckled as he cocked his eyebrow at the other.

"I just noticed you in the halls and thought you were so good looking and cool and-" Jimin cut himself off, cheeks reddening, as his mind finally caught up with what his mouth was saying.

When Yoongi remained silent, Jimin continued talking, trying to smooth over the awkwardness.

"My name is Park Jimin by the way."

 

And from then on, Jimin would follow Yoongi around the school like he was the elder’s personal assistant. Jimin would pop up literally out of thin air, scaring the crap out of Yoongi. Yoongi doesn’t even know how Jimin does that and he is just thankful that Jimin can’t skip
