Voodoo Doll definitely, although Hyde's really good too xD video-wise Voodoo doll wins the dark/fear factor, but for me, concept-wise Hyde wins because I like how the dance goes with the lyrics and shows the struggle between Jekyll and Hyde and the black outfits representing Hyde and white being Jekyll... long comment but I had to xD
