It's a fake account or most probably a roleplay account. Luhan isn't fluent in English and how do you expect him to use askfm. Most of the askfm account of other kpop idols are also fake unless are confirmed by their companies. SM will also confirm if it is a real account. Just because that person say he is Luhan doesn't mean you have to blindly believe in it.
