I personally believe you should stick to what you are most comfortable with. I admit myself that it's a little weird to continue stories when a member is/might be leaving. Like, I still ship jaejoong and yunho together, but they're barely around each other anymore, and Hanchul is hard now that hangeng is in china and that he's engaged. It's hard being a fan, especially one who writes/reads fanfics, but we need to acknowledge their lives as human beings and I'm glad that you are.
