Well, I can't really chose a side at the moment.
I did read that the reason he did the lawsuit is because he fault he wasn't being treated like an artist and a human being.
I actually believe it because we all know of SME and their treatments toward their artists sometimes.
I just wish that he could have sat down with Kim Youngmin and talked it out.
If he did, then hey, go ahead. You got to do what you got to do. Especially if you feel like you're not being treated right.

ok Im just too lazy to read all the comments, so if I repeat something forgive me. But I really wonder how people can agree with sm when there really isn't much information on the whole case in general, other than the fact that rumors of Kris' rights being manipulated. And if anything, why would you take the side of a company who has done something like this to their other idols before? I wont question it further, I just want Kris to know that his REAL fans will understand his decisions (whatever it may be) even though we will miss him dearly. Lets just hope this passes and ends up in everones favor......except sm....you sm...

I believe in Kris - this is something serious, not something you do on a daily basis. He knew this would cause an explosion in the kpop world and I believe he's crying and feeling so ty right now. EXO as well. I just want to hold them all close, not saying anything, to show my support and care for them all. I wish and pray for Kris and EXO - I hope everything will turn out happy for everyone involved <3

Well I would say either A/D. I really wouldn't want Kris to leave EXO. They've been through everything together thick and thin for the past 2 years and probably even more. But I can see why Kris would want to file a lawsuit against SM terminating his contract. He even said so himself that he felt like he was being controlled and not treated how an artist should be. Whatever happens, we EXOTICS will be there for him :) #staystrongkris

Sorry to say, but if you agree with SM; there's something wrong. This hasn't happened just once to an SM entertainment member. First, Hangeng files a lawsuit. Then TVXQ was basically torn apart. And now with Kris, it's like it's Hangeng all over again. Seriously, this is freaking bs, and frankly, I'm quite mad. Being Kris biased, of course I don't want him to leave. But if he's being treated like crap, he's doing the right thing. I just hope that maybe, maybe this bet better.
